HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE..... Go elsewhere. The sales **** lie, the service staff themselves say that the sales team isn't boots on the ground and lie to customers. Say whatever to get you signed up and take your money. I was lied to and i am with the 3 days right to rescind and the emailed a signed copy of the cancellation but saw they require a hard copy signed or a call. I called and was hung up on twice. Called from a different number and they were willing to talk to me when they thought i was signing up but hung up when i said i want to cancel. Unreal. Do not use this company. I am very very unhappy with the false and deceptive nature of this business.Greenix Pest Control

DO NOT HAVE THEM OUT TO YOUR HOUSE. I've had them out to my house 3-4 times since February. I agreed to pay $39.99 per month without having full understanding by them that I was agreeing to a 12 month contract. I've had 2 technicians text me at 7 a.m. telling me I am on their schedule for the day. I did not schedule either of those appointments and had no knowledge of anyone coming out. The last time someone came out, the technician called and told me I have a huge flea issue that urgently needed resolved and that if they got into my house, it would be almost impossible to get rid of them. He told me if I went through him only that he would give me a discount and charge me $100 initial fee and increase my monthly bill by $50.00. I called the company to address this and asked about cancelling and was told I would have to pay a $250.00 cancellation fee. This was not mentioned to me when I had them out for the first time in February 2025. What a scam! They just want your money and I have been in my home for 17 years and have never had a flea issue! I cannot even guarantee this is a real issue. It appears to me they just want more money or that the technician is trying to get money on the side.Greenix Pest Control

When they park in our neighborhood, they always park right behind my driveway which is very dangerous. Their drivers do not have any awareness of how they operate their vehicles.Greenix Pest Control

We had a salesman come into our neighborhood last summer. They sold me a 6-MONTH contract in June of 2024. I questioned this because I thought it was stupid to pay for outdoor pest control through the winter months. We still had pest issues all last summer and they never even caught 1 *** or vole that was tearing up our yards. My son came over in August and caught 2 in 2 days. I tried to cancel in Dec 2024 and they told me I signed a ************************************** cancel. The is the worse service and results I have seen.Greenix Pest Control

I am writing to request the cancellation of my service with you due to consistent issues with communication and missed appointments. I have experienced more no-shows than actual services, which has made it impossible for me to rely on your service. Despite receiving messages about appointments and adjusting my schedule accordingly, I have been let down repeatedly.I no longer wish to continue with your service and request that my account be closed immediately. The pest control service is fine, but they keep trying to bill me more than my contract states. My contract is for $89,00 per month. They've tried to bill $91. 68 twice. They made the correction, and it's a small amount of money, but it adds up to $32.16 per year, which is almost 1/2 of the monthly charge, and I really don't want to have to call and complain each month as each call finds me more aggravated.Greenix Pest Control

Worst pest control company! Harassed me at my door with a "No solicitation" sign posted, promising the safest, best working product with a guarantee of satisfaction (April 2024). After two months of service, I called to complain about their product having zero effect on pests on my property. They came and sprayed multiple times without making a dent, which is mind blowing because this was a new construction home and sealed tightly by the builder. Called again in September and tried to cancel, instead they talked me into their "VIP" treatment. This had no effect as well, which caused me to call and cancel again. They continued to charge me for months until i finally stopped payments in December.Their resolution was to keep trying treatments and then when I declined, started reading the fine print of their contract that states their product isn't guaranteed to control pests... Just another snake oil company praying on neighborhoods, locking people into 18 month contracts for a product that they know doesn't actually work.They will pretend to want to help until it involves a refund or cost to their company in anyway.AVOID and read all of the comments below, so many have been duped by them!!!Greenix Pest Control

What don't I think. I had called for a specific problem (something living in my gutters/ soffits), and he or she still lives there months later. Called to cancel my contract, which I told I could do anytime by the guy here signing me up, but I am told I would have to pay over $200 to do that. So, keeps charging without solving my problem. I don't think that is good business practice. Really unhappy customer.Greenix Pest Control

I wish I could give this company a 0. Wanted some help with an earwig, tick, mosquito problem we were having. They quickly rope you into a 1 year contract, which you pay a monthly fee for, they do not come out to treat every month it seems random like when they have someone available (you still pay monthly if they come out or not). I paid monthly for a year as stated in the contract. Then on the last month of our contract someone came out to our house and said we seemed to have a mice problem and that he would like to set out mouse trap/houses we just had to sign off on them being placed and it would be an additional charge for the houses. I made the biggest mistake in signing it, come to find out whatever we signed actually renewed our contract for another whole year (which we were not aware of, we were told it was just to place the mouse houses). I called a manager and explained this, they said they would give us a one month coupon but unfortunately we already signed the contract. I refuse to pay for something I did not agree to and was not made aware of. They are now sending me to collections which is absolutely absurd since they haven't come out here since I stopped paying their ridiculous monthly fee that I was not even in agreement with in the first place. This company business practices are slimy and consists of scam artists.Greenix Pest Control
