      While I was a paying client, the service was reasonable but expect to pay additional subscription fees for every new pest or issue. This can quickly stack up.I moved out of state to a region not covered, and the cancellation process was seemingly intentionally difficult. There is no option to cancel on website. After cancellation, the representative told me they would pick up bait boxes and I moved out of town only to learn they were never picked up. I subsequently arranged appointments to have them picked up 2 additional times, only to be informed by my real estate agent they were still there with no explanation from Greenix. With closing date approaching, I had to spend money to have their leftover bait boxes disposed of. Terrible communication, follow through, and overall customer service.

      Called Greenix for a treatment of spiders in my basement. Decided to try a treatment and see if it would work. The entire time the person was treating the area they kept pushing for the yearly contract. After the treatment was completed I came home and noted spiders still present. Waited to see if it just took time and they left some insect traps. My traps did not seem to be working and I still have spiders. Called the company and they refused to follow up with a one time treatment. I then emailed them to request a refund , since the treatment did not work. They refused. I then informed them I would report them for ineffective treatment and refusal to stand behind their product. They then offered retreatment so I would not send this report. They still refuse refunds for ineffective treatment. I still have spiders.I would be afraid to trust this company in my home again.

      I have been with greenix for a few years and this year is the worst year with them. I contacted them because I had a mouse in my house which came from the garage and they were suppose to be putting bait boxes or traps in my garage and have not done so this year. They told me it would cost an additonal $385.00 for 6 weeks to treat the inside of my home for the mouse. I told them no and they agreed to come out on September 13th to bait the garage and put a trap inside the house at no additional charge. This did not happen so I called them back and the customer service person I spoke with was rude and when I asked for a supervisor, they stated that they were going to tell me the same thing that was said and I still asked for a supervisor. The person kept me on hold for over 40 minutes them came back and then disconnect the call. On monday, September 16, 2024, I called back asked for a supervisor and when one came on the phone, I cancelled my service and they said they would be back out on Thursday, September 19 to pick up the bait boxes. The did offer me some discounted services if I stayed with them. I then received a bill via text for $93.98 for them baiting the boxes and garage. I called them on Wednesday and spoke with another rude customer service representative that did not want me to talk with a supervisor but relented and connected me with one who only discounted the bill $30.00 and charged me $63.98 for 6 days of service. I felt like the bill should have been prorated for those few days as they only come out every two months. I will never use this service and I see that they have had over 500 complaints to the BBB which is a lot. This is the worse company. I have a new company that is doing the inside and outside of my house including the garage for only $75.00 every two months. I WILL NEVER USE GREENIX AGAIN AND ADVISE OTHERS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE GETTING WHAT YOU PAID FOR WITH GREENIX. Their customer service people are Asian and rude.

      ******** ********** was our Pest Control Tech today and she was courteous, thorough, and extremely efficient. It was her first time servicing our home so my husband showed her where the boxes were placed and she completed the inspections and refills proficiently.

      BUYER BEWARE!!! Technician came out to solve a problem with ground bee nests (yellow jackets). It never looks like they did not do anything. In fact, the bees were worst then before Greenix came. I was stung after the first ********** visit too. I was told by customer service and the ********** that if the bees were taken care of and they would come back free of charge if I was not satisfied. The company said that they would not fix the issue. After losing my temper and demanding to speak to someone who had the authority to remedy the situation, I was put on hold several times till they finally agreed to come again - a couple weeks later. I could go on, but **************** was not help, both **********s did not solve the problem. I would never use them again. I'm out almost $300 and I still have yellow jackets. BUYER BEWARE!!!! They are awful and I can't tell both times if they did anything to nest.

      Every representative was very professional and courteous. I gave 4 stars because it has only been 1 day since my introductory service. I will update after I see progress regarding the control of voles in my yard.
