Greenix was wonderful, they came out and worked with us on getting the treatments. Michael was our technician and he was nice, friendly and good with my dogs

DJ did a great job. Respectfully checked in before application to see if there were questions or concerns. Applied the product , reviewed what was done and the follow up instructions since I have a pet.

I signed up for pest control with GREENIX in May 2023 with the promise that my PEST control would be eliminated. This product NEVER worked. I called numerous times for re-services without success. Since May 2023; I've had a total of ten services between, the scheduled 45 day service by the company. Spoke to an account manager each time and was assured it would take several more re-services for the product to be effective.
Fast forward to date; July 2024, still the exact same issues; mosquitoes, ants, bees, wasps, hornets, spiders, beetles and centipedes. The colonies were not destroyed as promised for $99.00 per month since last year. I started treated my lawn myself for the pest mentioned.
I called and spoke to an account manager to terminate my contract and was asked to pay an additional $250.00 even with all the complaints that the product NEVER worked, and each complaint was documented. The Account Manager just apologized and explained they have no exceptions if the product does not work for pest control. I have been robbed out of a total of $1,600 total for a service with horrible customer services filled with excuse after excuse.Greenix Pest Control

WARNING: Greenix Pest Control took my money and didn't do the job as promised.
I was with Greenix for a year. My original complaint was I thought I had carpet beetles and was told that it was an unknown bug. They sprayed with organic stuff, but the bugs continued. They came back and sprayed with a pesticide and the bugs disappeared for the rest of the year. This year I called early for the same bug but now it's a carpet beetle. They came and sprayed the organic stuff. I was told it was made "potent" and would stop the bugs. Well, that was a lie. I asked for another spray using the pesticide but was told they only used the organic stuff. They sprayed again. The bugs must like that stuff because they did not slow down. I called and spoke with manager Ms. Jakara and was told that she would take care of this personally. They would use the pesticide and I would get the "VIP" service....LIE!! Last guy did the same crap! He sprayed my carpet. I waited two hours and ran the sweeper. They were back almost immediately. I called and spoke with Jakara again since I already paid for July. She told me that she didn't think it was carpet beetles and checked with some person spewing the same crap. Now I have cedar beetles and maybe there's a nest in my wall and that's why they're not leaving. Not because they never used the pesticide. When I said I didn't want another VIP service that the only thing was cancellation. Oh, and I should contact an exterminator!!!!!!!! Are you KIDDDING ME! This company lied to me over and over again and that's my fault. I still have these bugs and I'm really ****** off! I will never use this company again and I hope they go out of business! Two stars because they rid of the bugs last year.Greenix Pest Control

My Greenix always does a great job (have had for over 6 years) and comes out immediately to correct any areas I think need a little extra treatment.
Recommended.
Staff in my area is very friendly and pleasant to work with. While they do typically offer additional products and services, they are not pushy. Simply make the recommendation and up to you.
I would not switch to another company and lord knows there are plenty.
Easy to work with on the phone with service center, always sends a text message to ask what's up prior to performing service, and is no hassle reschedule as needed.Greenix Pest Control

I've used this service for a year and honestly have seen no improvement whatsoever. They also damaged my house because their techs didn't know how to deal properly (or were too lazy to deal properly) with a hornet's nest we had on our home. I just called to cancel my service and am told 1) the normal phone reps cannot cancel accounts, 2) the people who can cancel accounts do not come in until later, so I'll need to call back, 3) there is no direct phone number to get to a person who can cancel my account, even when they do come in, and 4) there is no way to cancel online - I must speak to one of the people in the cancelation department. How is this compliant with the laws about making sure cancelation of a service is easy for a consumer? Very irritating. Will certainly never do business with this company again and will recommend friends look for a more reputable company if they have a bug problem.Greenix Pest Control
