My wife and I used Greenix for two years. We originally called them to take care of an infestation of carpenter ants. Not only did Greenix fail to do this, they failed to inform me they couldn’t do this.
Eventually I went online and found the right ant bait and killed the infestation myself—after MONTHS of the infestation continuing and getting worse while we waited for these “experts” to do their damn job.
*THEN* we were approached by another company called Moxie, who offered to do everything Greenix said they could do and more, for nearly half the price.
We switched services, but I’m still locked into a contract for their flea and tick service, which they refused to cancel or refund. Now I’m stuck paying them for a “deal” that’s twice as expensive as Moxie’s service.
**NEVER** use Greenix. They’re just the absolute worst on all fronts: incompetent, overly expensive, and predatory with their contracts.Greenix Pest Control

I called because of bugs, spiders and bee's. They have come out a few times now and I still have the same problems.
I complained about fruit fly type bugs and spiders in the house, cob webs outside. I was told after the last visit that they don't treat for fruit flies and anything inside and out on the second floor they don't guarantee.
I think I made a big mistake on hiring this company.Greenix Pest Control

Tyrone was extremely polite and friendly. Told him I had cobwebs outside he took his brush through the entire outside of the house and then sprayed for ticks and fleas. Would be happy to have him back. He was very hard working.Greenix Pest Control

Greenix was soliciting in our neighborhood and convinced my husband to sign up for services with Greenix. In the year they have been charging us for services, they have only been to our home maybe 3 times. And whey make monthly payment withdrawls of $54. We have no less bugs and we are very disappointed with the service. When you call to speak to an operator, it's next to impossible to speak to a person. We asked to terminate the contract because we are not happy with the service and are told we cannot get out of the contract without paying a $250 termination fee. I have spent enough money on a worthless company and should not have to pay a penny to cancel a worthless service. I would encourage everyone not to even answer the door for these people soliciting. It seems like nothing more than a scam to steal money from people.Greenix Pest Control

5 starsRiley was the representative I interacted with over the phone. I spent about an hour with him and he explained all of their services in detail and answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Matt was the inspector Rob sight and he too was very knowledgeable and friendly and explained everything to me.
