      Greenix does a great job. Henry treated the home and checked the mouse traps. He even helped when I was not on his the route and answered my questions.

      I signed up for spider and wasp removal. I had to on several occasions call the tech back out because they missed obvious and issues I even pointed out to them. After dealing with this over and over again I tried to cancel the service. I was lied to and was told after my next payment my account would be closed. Well I fell for that same lied a second time. So, today I was just told my contract will end on June 6th 2023 after I make the final payment. I ask for a final invoice mailed to me, because I think they're going to try and lie to me a 3rd time. I just read several reviews WOW! I wish I read these reviews before I got trapped into this mess! The same thing is happening to alot of people! Never Again!

      THE TECHNICIAN (DALLAS) WAS VERY COUTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE POINTED OUT THAT WE HAVE A MOUSE PROBLEM AND INSTALLED PEST BOXES. HE ALSO TOOK CARE OF AN ANT HILL THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET RID OF, THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE.

      Initial visit technician spent time inside and outside doing a good job. He pointed out some outside issues and took care of them. Explained everything he did and gave me a complete report. Very professional and quality service.

      I started services with Greenix November 2022 and after their employee ***** came out I called to inform them that I was having more issues and I was told someone would call me to come back out. I never received a call and I continued calling and was promised one thing after another with none of those promises upheld. The very bright of December I had to move out of my home because of safety violations and the house was considered uninhabitable to live in. I contacted Greenix again and again and I was told my account would be closed and I would be refunded. I was never refunded and was told again and again that I would be refunded and never was refunded. Finally in April of this year I was told I was already refunded for one of the months money was removed from my account and I wasn't. Finally I received ONE of the refunds I was promised but I'm still getting the run around for one of the months that money was taking from my account. I am still waiting for one more refund..
