      I had to change the address for my children on my grandma's account and it was super easy. They even offered to re-ship the month that I didnt receive because it went to the old address.

      I didn't read the fine print well enough and got caught in a subscription. But cancelling was easy and the customer service chat person was very helpful and made it easy to cancel and pay my balance online by giving me the link to the account page. My son loves the magazines, but $15 for two "Which Way USA" magazines is a little pricey.

      Awful advertisement for highlights magazine. I received a trial one as a ***** with a postcard that was attached and said FREE 2 magazines and FREE tote bag included.. said nothing about subscription. I was not interested in a subscription. I received their **** and the tote and magazinez were not free. FALSE ADVERTISING and should not be allowed to charge or **** anyone without being 100% upfront. Since this happened i would never order magazines through this company.

      Hello ******************, thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am sorry for any misunderstanding regarding your Hidden Pictures Let's Play membership. Our records show that we received a response to a promotional mailing for Hidden Pictures Let's Play and it was processed on July 7, 2022. The promotional material for parents included with the order form indicated that you could receive an introductory shipment of Hidden Pictures Let's Play, for which you would be charged $6.95 plus a nominal shipping and handling charge. A free book and tote bag were also to be included in the introductory shipment. The details stated that you were free to cancel and return one of the books with no further obligation. Or, if you chose to continue in the club, you would receive two new Hidden Picture **************** every three weeks at $13.90, plus shipping and handling. Your account was successfully canceled and cleared by an agent earlier today, August 1, 2022. Please feel free to contact us at ****************************************** with any additional questions or concerns.

      My niece and nephew really enjoy the Highlights magazine subscriptions I've gifted them. I had difficulty placing an order for a backpack and I want to say that the customer service representative who help me went above expectations to resolve the issue.

      I still remember receiving my highlights magazines as a child and was so excited to sign my children up for them! I did sign up for a free gift, and then was charged for that and subscribed without my knowledge. I contacted Highlights, and Kandes was very quick and went above and beyond in canceling the subscription and my balance no back-and-forth, just high quality customer service!

      Children love the magazine I gifted to them. I received notification of an auto renewal which I didn't want. It was very easy to text the phone number provided to cancel auto renewal. Thank you!

      Our granddaughter's Highlights subscription had expired but we didn't realize that. We thought it was just not being sent. I did an online chat with a lovely person about the subscription and she handled everything in a very timely manner and to my satisfaction. We renewed the subscription for 2 more years as getting the magazine is a "highlight" for our granddaughter!
