      I now send one Highlights magazine or another to eight children. My late wife started this. She was a kindergarten teacher and judged Highlights the best magazine for young children. The parents of the children to whom I send subscriptions tell me they are well received. Each year I ask if I should give the children a different subscription. The only changes requested have been to move the children from Hello to High Five and from High Five to Highlights.I will be sending Highlights to the children for some years to come,The customer service staff are quite helpful. Today a staff member gave me a great deal of time and helped me sort out my subscriptions.

      My granddaughter has loved Highlights, but now considers herself too old :-) for Highlights. ****** at Highlights chat couldn't have made it easier to cease the subscription when it expires 1/23, so I will not continue to receive renewal notices and emails. ****** also flagged the account so a renewal form I sent in a month or so ago can be applied to my nephew's subscription. Really couldn't have been easier. Thank you.

      I needed to upgrade my granddaughters subscription to the next age level and I did a live chat with ****** in customer service. The whole transaction took less than 10 minutes and I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole process.

      Highlights has never disappointed. My grand daughter loves receiving her magazines. I love that she receives them also. They are filled with interesting activities and short stories. Her parents enjoy sharing the magazines with her. I remember Highlights from when I was a youngster and looked forward to reading the magazines, doing the activities and experiments etc. Thank you for a wholesome yet forwardly evolving experience for our children. I will be renewing my grand daughters subscription when it nears expiration, as well as keeping an eye out for other publications/learning materials for her from Highlights.

      I chatted with ****** and was able to stop a gift subscription, renew 3 subscriptions, and place orders for 2 other products. I was thankful I asked about any discounts and was told about a current special. I love these magazines; my kids took a few months to understand what a magazine was and to appreciate their subscription, and now ************ too. My suggestions are not to start asking to renew subscriptions so soon- the mail and email reminders are a bit much. All the offers for the free gifts have fine print about starting subscriptions, I rip the cover off before giving it to my kids so they stop asking about additional products.
