Working with Central City Solutions was one of the best experiences we have had in real estate. We decided to go with the non-traditional route in selling our house and could not be happier. From start to finish, Central City Solutions was extremely professional and so easy to work with. They came out and took a look at the house, and a couple days later made us an offer. We were deciding on moving into the house, selling it with a real estate agent or going with Central City. After looking at all the options, we decided to go with Central City. They allowed us to pick a closing date and sent the title company to our location. The paperwork was simple, and we even received our funds later that day. Even though we had already cleared most of the items out of the house, they took care of emptying everything that was left. If you are looking for a simple and stress-free way to sell a home, you should consider Central City Solutions.Central City Solutions, LLC

This company messaged me once a month for a year straight asking if I was interested in selling my property. Honestly, I thought they were spam however I messaged them when I was ready to sell and I am so glad I did!! The communication was amazing! They answered all my questions and from the time I contacted them to closing was around 35 days. Funding was on time and exactly what was agreed on!
