**** was great to work with they loved my house and gave me all the time l needed to move out no high pressure the day we closed we got our check direct deposit to our account no problems at all they kept in touch the whole time but not overly obnoxious about it looking forward to seeing the house when it's done

The entire Central City Solutions team was great to work with when they bought my property. I had received phone calls almost every day from other ‘pushy, aggressive’ cold callers, but **** and his partners were different. They were flexible, timely and honest and were true to their word…even after the deal was closed. I worked with **** and **** who were outstanding. My husband died 2 years ago and the house was in need of quite a few repairs. I had medical issues going on and it was difficult to get into the house to sort and clean things out. **** was very patient with me and not pushy at all and was quite understanding. Central City Solutions made it very easy for me and even helped tow my husbands vintage car so the mechanic could work on getting it ready again
I would highly recommend working with them and would do it again in a heartbeat.

The team from Central Solutions worked with us through the whole process of the sale of my Mother's Property. My family had owned the property for more then 80+ years - it was a difficult time for me. They accommodated allowing us to clear out all the things we as a family wanted to retain. Including going through a lot stuff after learning Mom and my brother were definitely "hoarders". **** and all the other staff were easy to work with, professional and showed patience with our needs. I am deeply impressed by ********************* and his team members at Central City Solutions. They demonstrated the highest level of professionalism, knowledge, skills, and respect. The sale of my house wasnt an easy task. **** patiently spent a huge amount of time meeting me and working with me to explore various ways that finally made the transaction a success. From the interactions I had with ****, I come to see that he genuinely cares about people, including those he does business with. He is both goal-oriented and flexible.
