  This company is a total scam, take your money and the too is worthless. Asked for a refund after our "training session" yielded terrible results. Got the run around and then a denial. Absolutely the worst, don't buy from this company!!!!

  The service was good, but they won't let us cancel. We haven't used it in months and we told them we aren't renewing. Yet they continue to hound us and threaten. Would've gone back when the occasion presented but these tactics are draconian.

  These high pressure people will try to get you to sign without telling you there's a free trial period. Can you believe they actually offered to cancel my service but continue to bill me???
  These people are too much! There are other, more reputable services out there.

  Seamless set the renew subscription to automatic. They did this by default and without my knowledge. Now, they're trying to steal about $3,700 by not letting me cancel for an entire year.
  I don't use their service.
  Please look into the shady business practices of Seamless.AI.
  Please protect the consumer from this outlandish abuse.

  outdated information and horrible customer service- run from this company. Watch the auto renew on the billing. They wont cancel. You will have to fight with your cc company to dispute charges.

  I wish I read these comments prior to ever signing up with this company. Like so many others, I have also fallen victim to their "60 day cancellation" policy and they are refusing to issue a refund to my card. The service worked by providing the emails, as promised. However, we got zero - and I mean ZERO leads/ prospects from their list generation. I have not used the service in over a month at this point and my account was put on auto renew, and my card was charged nearly $2K. As they still have not issued me a refund, I have had to go to my bank to report fraudulent charges - and even had to file a police report! This is so sad. I cannot believe that a company would have such disgraceful practices and think they can continue to operate without any retaliation in today's market. Please be cautious of this company and make sure you put a prepaid card on any account you have with them if you still read these reviews and choose to try their services anyway.

  Introducing the Sales Software from Seemless.AI - a product that claims to be the best in the industry, but falls short of expectations. With their so-called "intent data" powered by Bombara, you'd expect strong data matches; however, it simply doesn't work. Prepare to waste your time, money, and sanity as you pay for contacts, only to be flagged by supposed prospects who show zero interest in your services or products. This frustrating experience will cost you around $1,000 for 300 "qualified" contacts, with no return on investment. Plus, be wary of being flagged as spam by your email system due to their crappy list. Despite multiple calls with their unhelpful support and sales team, even recording the last session to expose the issues, a refund was not guaranteed. Consider reporting them to the BBB. Don't fall victim to this infuriating sales software debacle.

  On May 15th 2023 I purchased the seamless.ai software to help me make more sales on my current job. The demo was very encouraging at first, but later proved to be useless. I was convinced that this software would help find leads in my industry. After going through the basic training on how to use the software, it immediately became evident that this software is incapable of doing what was promised. After trying to find several remedies to fix the challenge, it still did not work for my industry.
  I was told by the Seamless. Ai trainer that they needed to add my search terms to their search engines to produce results and that would take six months to a year. I have not been able to use the system and requested a refund. After about 3 months of emailing and phone calls with no return reply, I decided to make these comments on this product. I have tried for months to reach someone on the phone as well as email, but no one has responded.
  I am highly dissapointed in this product as well as the company. They only reach out to me to sell me additional services, and when I tell my story they promised to call back and never do. This company has terrible customer service and never return phone call as promised. I would not recommend this product to anyone based on customer service alone. If there was a rating less than a one star, I would give it to Seamless.Ai.

  Just had one of the worst sales experiences so far. Thankfully its before I purchased anything from this company.
  They reached out to me to set up a call and figured I would see what they were about. The salesman treated me like he didn't have the time of day to even explain what he was trying to sell me. In the end their platform did not actually work. I even gave them a couple of sample data points from our own customers and they could not find anything in their system.
  At this point rather than working the problem to see if they could actually help, the salesman basically said "sorry" and just hung up!
  This is when I went searching for reviews to see if anyone else had better experiences... looks like the gut check was right... stay far away.
