      Seamless AI Sales reps swindled me into a "Monthly Annual" subscription. I was told that I was able to purchase the platform monthly, for a higher rate. Starting my business, I was OK with paying more for a month or two and not being locked into an annual contract.
      The sales rep sent the paperwork while we were on the phone, told me to sign it, and talked the entire time. I was unable to read the contract before signing. They have sub-par lead generation services and forced me into an annual contract, at a much higher monthly rate, that I am unable to afford.
      Their Sales rep also turned off the recording during the call, told me he was starting his own marketing company, and attempted to sell his services to me on the call. Extremely unprofessional company. Do not recommend. They will do anything to take your money.

      TERRIBLE BUSINESS STAY AWAY "Highly inaccurate prospect data, high bounce rate, shady customer service & sales" The concept was impressive but the system did not deliver useful and actionable contacts. When we tried to cancel our contact they will not let you leave. They claim you have to have a 60 day written notice or it will auto renew. They trap you and wont let you leave! When I went on the Better Business Bureau site to file a complaint I found that there were over 40 similar complaints against Seamless and they had an "F" rating from BBB. I would strongly recommend staying far away from this company.*

      Predatory contract. Sales person was pushy and misleading. Now all support has disappeared. No emails back, no calls returned. Stay away from this company.

      In the same boat as everyone else and wish I had read this profile first. They will lock you into a predatory contract without any option to get out of it. There are a lot of other options out there for this sort of service, so I recommend going with them.

      I wish I would have read this first before I signed up. Like so many others, everything was fine until it came to the renewals. The sale rep who signed me up told me that I was opted out of the auto renew for charging my credit card. I saw the phrase "opt out" on the contract, however, when I went back and looked at the contract I received, I could not find that language. I KNOW it was there because that was the condition of my signing on and I even labeled the email exchange "Seamless Opt Out Agreement". In my notes from last year, I wrote it down and wrote down the sales reps response.
      But I was still charged this year. I reached out to them and requested a refund. My email has been opened several times but so far, no response. I ended up disputing through my credit card company.
      As far as their product, it is OKAY. Most of the emails they were able to pull from Linkedin were public emails, so any software can do that.
      STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!*

      Poor service and support, Signed up for a Basic the system is not user friendly never has the available credits. There is no detailed description of what you actually get

      Absolutely invisible customer service. Zero response for months on even the simplest of issues. Cancelled Auto Renew and they still charged my card. Luckily I use AMEX and I was able to dispute it without a lot of hassle.DO NOT BOTHER trying to get any help.

      As every other customer has reported... they are a complete scam when it comes to renewal practices. They attempt to charge your card repeatedly even after sending non-renewal notice a year in advance.

      Seamless.AI contacted me again about a year and a half after a previous attempt to sell me their service. Promised an online multiclient demo session to show me new features. When it appeared that the call was booked just for me, I replied to ask for clarification. My reply bounced because it went to the e-mail address of someone who had left the company two years earlier. I got several reminders (from different names and addresses) about the booked Zoom call, and when I tried to join it, there was no one there.While I didn't lose money like some other people did, this whole sequence of actions was completely chaotic and unprofessional. If they call you to propose a demo, run fast in the opposite direction!

      I have tried multiple times and avenues to actually speak with a representative of this company and they will only email (days later in-fact) and refuse to speak with me. They automatically place customers in an auto-billing renewal, which is quite unfavorable but seems to be a significant strategy for their revenue retention and growth. Along with other comments on this page, I find their billing practices to be purposefully misleading and confusing. It has proven to be a herculean effort to simply have a conversation with a representative of the company, to which I am still unsuccessful. As a product, I think there are much better on the marketplace. The way they treat & communicate with customers is abysmal.
