October 1st 2024 sales receipt ******** over the phone ordered what was told, a cathedral blood red glass and an opal glass with a dark red. What I received was a fusible non translucent opal and a burgundy on clear white. I paid ***** for one piece, ***** for the other and ***** for shipping. Contacted seller ***** ******* on October 7th to explain that these two glass were not even in the same ball park for what I needed. I was told that as long as I paid for shipping that they can exchange or refund. I would like to exchange for what I want so I can finish my 3year project. That would mean that I would have to pay ***** for the original shipping, ***** to send it back and ***** to send the new one. Thats a grand total of ****** for shipping. I told them that it was not worth the price of shipping and that I would not be doing business with them in the future.

Mr. ******** was provided verbal descriptions as well as our SKU numbers for him to confirm, via website photos, the glass selections he was requesting were what was desired. Mr. ******** confirmed, verbally, the selections chosen were what he needed. Our Return Policy clearly states that .we do not accept returns of glass.
Emails received from Mr. ******** (see copy/paste below) convey acceptance on his part of mis-interpretation of glass descriptions.

    Hello,
I just received the two pieces of glass today. I have to say I a very disappointed due to the glass not even being in the same ball park as I needed. I know that on line shopping for glass is a serious risk due to not seeing the product in front of your eyes and describing a product that you are in need of is even more of a risk.
Im sorry for having to write this though I just wanted it to be known what happened to me and this transaction.
    Thank You,

I will have to count this as a loss on my part, you stating you will not pay for shipping means that when it is all said and done I am paying over 100 dollars for shipping for 30 dollars worth of glass. All I wanted was a blood red cathedral glass which it is my interpretation that means transparent. That is not what I revived.I just will not be purchasing anything more in the future.
    Thank You,

[If you do not say why you are rejecting the company's response, BBB must close your complaint.]

    Complaint: 22393054

I am rejecting this response because:
What he has said is not true. I was not given sku numbers verbally over the phone. If I were than we would not be going through this ordeal because the glass would have been identified in which the seller is saying what happened and I am saying this is not true. Its a fabrication, a conjuring of delusional thought. In addition the understanding of cathedral glass is universal in which that was identified as what I needed. This is not cathedral glass. I respectfully have to tell the seller that he is wrong.
