    E- commerce is not handled appropriately which is a disadvantage to the customer. When your order is procured by you to include shipping and a mistake is made by the seller, in my case is what happened, it is the request of the seller for you to retain all cost associated with shipping. Which you have to make a decision to pay more in shipping than the price of goods. In my case it did not make sense. The stained glass community is too small for a company not to get noticed for their deeds. Trust reviews when you buy on line. There is a story behind every one. I will personally not do business with Franklin Art Glass again.

    I ordered a few items from their online store, including a pound of solder for $32.24. They didn’t ship the right solder, which is not a huge problem. But after multiple emails and a call that went into a voice message, they have not responded. That’s a problem. I’m stuck with solder that I don’t trust, and can’t get them to respond.

    We apologize for dropping the ball on this. Customer has been provided a UPS tracking number indicating replacement product will be shipping today, 2/6/2023. Mr. M******** does not need to return the initial item.
