Booking: To secure your booking/session, we now require full payment at time of booking.
Cancellations: Email us at [email protected] if you need to cancel your rental. Any cancellation notices received 24 hours or more before your reserved rental time will receive an 80% refund. Any cancellation notices received less than 24 hours before your reserved rental time will be charged in full, no exceptions.
Rentals cannot be rescheduled. If you need to change the date of your rental, you must cancel that rental and create a new booking. Payments are not transferable.
