    FRAUD!!!! They charged me $825 and then immediately told me that actually I am covered through my insurance!!! They refused to refund me and my insurance advised me to refuse the order if it ends up shipping. This all happened within 24 hours. My insurance approved me BEFORE I paid for the $825 BUT **** failed to notify me of that. They are planning on charging me $75 two more times for a membership I do not want or need. Literally insane!!

    As I started I thought it would work since I have done this before with another company.First dose I called and complained I felt no change in appetite at all.They stated to go up in dose the week after.I called again same situation. Go up ********* change in appetite nor weight loss.Very strange and alarming I called again and physician stated that I need to go up more of a dose and order more once needed.I had no change for a month on and they charged for membership fee to get access to physician , I went ahead and ordered more medication as indicated. They eanted to charge again same amount plus membership ****** this point I stated I no longer need any access to physician because this had to be a scam.Why are they charging more and more when they are up dosing me since it was not working. Plus a fee for no reason.I do not need services from them .At all This is a scam!! I just hope that what i was injecting does not mess me up long run.This ia un acceptable. My first time doing semiglutide with a different physician I saw real results first week!! What is going on? This place needs to refund their patients and close down.This is not right.I have not allowed an automated paymeny every month of a membership I DO NOT need if I cant purchase more of their product.Their product is inconclusive!! They have since charged 2 months of membership when I am not using due to no product because 1st month did not work!! Not even up dosing!! I want my refund!! And someone ***** to investigate them.

    I am writing to formally request your assistance in resolving an issue I am experiencing with a company called **** regarding a weight loss product subscription. While I initially had a positive experience with the product itself, I have encountered significant problems with their business practices and customer ********** September 2024, **** offered six months of Tirzeptide for a reduced fee. Believing this to be a good value, I paid in full and placed my order. However, when the shipment arrived, it only included three months of the product. I immediately contacted their customer service department for clarification and was informedonly after the factthat their policy is to ship three months at a time. This critical detail was never communicated at the time of purchase.I have repeatedly asked them to send the remaining three months of the product for which I already paid. Despite my efforts, they have refused to fulfill the terms of the agreement.Additionally, on November 22, 2024, I received a reorder in two separate shipments: first for one month, and then, after I pointed out the discrepancy, another shipment for three months. Following this, I was inexplicably charged an additional $250. I never authorized this charge, and the order was clearly intended to fulfill the original six-month purchase.Furthermore, **** has become increasingly non-responsive. My online account now reflects a vague message stating that my pharmacy may have changed. This lack of communication and refusal to resolve the situation has left me frustrated and without recourse.I believe their actions constitute deceptive and unfair business practices. I paid for a six-month supply in good faith, yet **** has failed to deliver the product as promised, has charged me additional unauthorized fees, and has not provided clear or responsive communication to resolve these matters.

    Thought about getting weight loss shots from this company because my insurance wouldnt approve it. A week ago they gave my friend half the price they gave me for the exact same order and honestly should they be prescribing medication to people they cant verify and who obviously lie to get prescribed?? Seems like a law suit waiting to happen, after they make all that money.

    HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! They took my money for the membership and never delivered on the product. There are many companies that offer Semiglutide so do yourself a favor and stay far far away from IVIM

    If I could I would give zero stars. I have been a patient since April of 2024. I have spent ******* with IVIM. The last Bioboost order arrived with my medication shorted. I tried to call. **** not taking calls, the robot asks you to email or text. I emailed on 7/26. After back and forth the customer service agent ******, she quit replying and never gave me a solution to my shorted order. Then tried calling again, cannot get a human on the phone so I text through app. At this time I re explained everything to *********************** on 7/31. This is 6 days after original conversation. I asked to speak to management and that request was denied. She said give her a chance to fix this.Its now 8/2 and no response cant get through to a human on the phone lines again which is a continuing problem with ****. As a side note IVIM sells 3 month and a 1 month supply of the bioboost and out of 5 representatives not 1 could tell me the amount of biobost that is sold in each supply. They will take your money with zero clear explanation on the amount of injectable supplements you will receive. The last girl said the amount depends on what pharmacy who ships it. When I asked what ingredients were in the bioboost the representative couldn't answer that either. So they will sell supplements to customers but are unable to tell you what is in them. Im leaving out of the country for 3 months with out my supplements because of IVIM incompetence.

    Buyer beware. If you are already taking Semiglutide, they tell you will have enough medication for 3 months. However, that is not the case. I ended up being 2 months without meds while promised all 3 months as I was already taking the shots for 6 months with other supplier. They wanted to start me as if I had never taken it as the tiny vial would not be enough for the 3 months. I asked for a refund or the right amount of med and could not get it. They spammed me from the whole amount I needed for nearly $600. They are not who they say they are. Do not buy from them!!! I wasted more time trying to get this resolved and they did not honor the man I first spoke to, promised amount. Many other companies to choose from that are way more customer friendly.
