    As others have said about this company, "Run Away Fast, Don't Do It!!!" As usual the presentation took 2+ hrs. I was told I could have a half or whole screen on my casement windows. So, I went with a half. No one told me it can only be used on the bottom! My Anderson windows had half screens that worked on top/bottom. Plus one was hard to move up and down. So, the service tech came out. He said yeah I could see why you want this type, all of the bugs can get in, no seal. He also said "these screens are a pain in the butt to get I and out." So, he said " I will place the order for three full screens. You'll be much happier." Claimed two weeks and they'll be here!! Well, last week I received a very rude call from the "manager of customer service" she claimed there would be a cost for the full screens. It's in the contract like that. No trading for free. After getting no where with the delightful woman I asked to speak with Mark who sold me the windows over the phone, with the government once in a blue moon offer. He's not available of course. I told her to work up the numbers so that Mark would have those ready when he called me back. Going on two weeks without a call. The person that installed my windows said they measured them too small, but with insulation spray foam and a roll of white trim it would be just great. So I went ahead and did it. It took almost six hrs because the guy was by himself and in an extremely bad mood. My chances of getting a call from Mark, and my full screens look pretty slim. From the way the majority of the reviews sound, Universal Windows leave a lot to be desired!!

    Aaron and his crew came today 3-27-23 to put my windows in. They hit a grand slam!!! I couldn’t be any happier as they did a great job!! Very knowledgeable and Aaron is a great person! If something is wrong he will fix it right! Five star crew cause they did an excellent job!! Thanks guys !!
