    9-15-22, I went to this place of business to get my front windshield replaced from a splintered windshield but turned into something bigger. They broke (technician shattered) my windshield taking it out( i heard it) and set off my alarm. The manager came to me within a hr and told me my car was done but it will not start. First, he claimed that my battery was dead, but it wasn't because i got it checked. Second, he asked me did the keys go to the car but i reminded him that it had to because they are the ones who moved my car from the side of the building to the inside. The manager kept hooking a battery charger to my car saying he don't know what happened and can't get it started. MY DASH WAS GHOST WHITE AND MY CAR WAS LOCKED UP. After hearing over8 different reasons why my car will not start i threatened to call BBB and call police at this time he has (manager) called 4 different mechanics before getting my car towed to a shop. After my car was at the shop for 5days I received a diagnosis of my BCM being out. I went back to the windshield shop and manager got smart and told me to come back next day. He claims his cameras was not working from the time I came 11:30-12:30 when car got my car towed (5hours) I have everything recorded. The manager gave me the owners number and told me to contact the owner and take it up with him or they can see me in court. I got my car towed to for to find out they FRIED my ignition switch from having keys in ignition, THREW MY CAR INTO CRASH MODE because the shattered my windshield to replace it, by it being in crash mode IT FRIED MY BCM (BODY CONTROL MODULE), From my car BEING STUCK ON from Thursday to Tuesday it made my battery die. In order for **** to (try) reprogram my car they had to make a new key because I only have 1. I tried getting my finance company involved to speak on my behalf, but they got smart with them too. The owner told my finance company to tell me take them to court because they refuse to pay anything. NO STAR

    On September 15, this customer had made an appointment with us to get a windshield replaced. We proceeded to drive the car into the shop and perform the service that we provide here in the shop. Once the team had finished the windshield repair we were about to drive the car out of the shop and the car would not start. We responded to the problem by doing this customer a favor by finding an electrical mechanic for them and offering to pay for the towing to get the car there. The electrical mechanic had told the customer that the modular computer switch needed repaired. This customer then proceeded to blame us for the issue of her car when all we did was perform the service of the windshield as we are an auto glass shop not an electrical mechanic shop.
