    11/9/24 I purchased a pair of shoes online from a company called Grounded foot wear for the amount of $82.97 There was no return information and I was not satisfied with the quality for that amount of money they were plastic and uncomfortable. I had emails from them so I contacted them to ask for the address to return them, they tried to talk me into keeping them and they would reimburse me for for $30.00. I said I didn’t want them I wanted the full refund and I would send them back. They gave me that P.O. Box and I sent them back 12/10 I had to pay for the return $11.37. It took a whole month of back and forth to get the address. I never heard from them so I called again told them they were sent and I wanted my refund they said it would take awhile so I waited and nothing so I called my bank and put in a dispute then they contacted me and said when I dropped the dispute they would send me the money. So I did everything they wanted dropped the dispute. Still no money every time I call they say their information doesn’t show I dropped the dispute. So today I called my bank again to do the dispute again but was told once you drop a dispute you can’t do it again and the bank said they probably know that so I won’t get my money back. I have the shipment receipt. I don’t have any paperwork for my purchase the shoes didn’t come with anything.
