    Grounded Footwear accepted my payment for an online order ("Limitless" shoe model, men's size 12).
    Payment included expedited shipping (3-5 business day) for an additional $9.99. Order total: $89.98.
    Two days later they sent a shipping notice, however a full week on, tracking for the order indicated the package was never received by UPS. Nor have I, the customer, received my order.
    I made several attempts to get to the bottom of why my order did not ship. No one at "Grounded Footwear" in customer service would investigate, they continued to insist that my order had shipped despite evidence to the contrary.
    After lodging a dispute with PayPal, customer service reps continued to lie and say my order had shipped. In a bizarre twist, they sent me another shipping notice a week after my original order. This one from CHINA! I do not care to estimate if/when these shoes will arrive in the states.
    To date (2/9/25) there is no resolution. I am confident PayPal will rule in my favor and refund the full purchase price.
