Unbelievably terrible. Atrocious. I have email upon email trying to communicate with this company. Each email is met with a we will respond in 10 days and you never hear from them. The people that answer the phone speak poor English which only frustrates someone further when they cant comprehend what it is youre telling them or trying to explain. This company needs to be put out of business quickly.

Don't buy your windows from Alside. They were scratched and the frames had holes in them. Their rep. thought I was stupid and tried to tell me they were weep holes. They ripped off all my trim and then told me they don't replace what they damaged. The install was horrible BOTH times. I don't think they should even get one star. Don't go to Alside, you'll be as sorry as I am.

We ordered 18 windows in fall of 2021 from a company who sold ** Alside Mezzo windows. When they were installed in February of 2022, we noticed several defects, including glass bowing away from the frame that allowed cold air to infiltrate our home, dry silicone oozing out of the corners, inconsistent cracks in the mainframe of several windows, and one window had a visibly rigid cut on the upper sash and cracking veneer. An Alside tech has been out 3 times in the last 6 months to attempt to correct some of the issues (the broken mainframe can only be fixed by replacing the entire window/aluminum capping) and, somehow, the windows keep getting worse. We now have one window that will not lock and some of them are much harder to open. I am extremely upset over the amount of time I've had to put into this and will probably have to pay more now to hire another company to install the energy efficient windows we thought we were getting. There should be a recall on these windows!

We ordered windows through Window World of ****, head quartered out of *********, ** in Fall of 2019. Our first half of our windows were installed January of 2020. Shortly after install, we noticed the internal grids were uneven. Vendor came, verified damage to grids, ordered new windows replacements delivered. The next thing we noticed were the left bottom corner of EVERY window frame had cracked. Called Window World of ****. Their employee DUKE came out and had to check and photograph and open each and every single window, disrupting the house, sofas, beds, furniture to get the serial numbers off the windows he could see were broken instead of simply stating all double hung window frames were cracked left hand corner and using the install manifest which also had these numbers. WW company representative Duke said yeah, when its EVERY window, its not install issue. (Wed already had several install issues addressed at that point.) WW employee Duke said the company was having a lot of this SAME problem and it was the manufacturing company ( AMI) quality issue during the pandemic. My issue is? What if I hadnt looked? This has been a straight up if the customer doesnt notice we arent telling issue when there should have been recall notices sent to everyone In receipt of windows purchased during the time frame AMI said it had quality control issues during manufacturing IF AMI really claimed there had been issues. If Window World KNEW they were having quality issues with windows theyd installed that were manufactured by AMI? Where was the letter to unsuspecting clients warning them? Advising us to check our windows for cracks in the frames? What about elderly customers who cant check their windows? Whos warning them? Where are the company and franchise notification letters that have not been sent out? DontaskdontTell is shady!
