  Jeff and his team did an incredible job on our deck! It turned out fantastic and we love spending time with friends and family outside. What makes this deck unique is that it's the first steel framed deck in the region! As the inspector said, "this thing isn't going anywhere...ever!" We are excited to have a deck that will truly last a lifetime. The steel framing product was also used on the Pergola and we couldn't be happier with how the privacy wall turned out. Couldn't be happier with the service and craftsmanship!

  Our deck is PERFECT! Jeff and his crew were absolutely fabulous and I have told all of our neighbors about him. Jeff has so many great ideas to offer, and then lets you decide what you want. There is no sales pressure at all. The borders and lights just set the whole deck apart from what anybody else has. You can see the outcome is incredible! He built our deck over the winter so we had some weather and materials delays. Jeff made certain to keep us in the loop for everything! I would recommend Unique Decks of Dayton to anyone who is looking to build/upgrade a deck! Thank you Jeff

  We were referred to Unique Decks of Dayton by a friend who recently had a job completed. Jeff and his crew are great and communication throughout the project was excellent. Jeff came out several times to discuss materials and options and provided a clear estimate. The team quickly completed demo and immediately started on the new deck. They cleaned up the job site after every day and discard damaged and unacceptable materials. Their work is an A+ and we could not be happier with the result. We have used many contractors, and this has hands down been the best experience. We have recommended Unique Decks of Dayton to family and friends.

  It was time to replace our old and dilapidated wood deck after almost 20 years of use. We received several estimates from various builders, and were very frustrated with the vague costs, suggestions, and lack of professionalism. Luckily, we found Unique Decks of Dayton. The owner, Jeff was very professional, and offered his expertise in helping us get the deck of our dreams, and within our budget. Jeff and his team are top notch craftsmen who work very hard to get the job done right. We are extremely happy with the final results of our new composite deck and railing. Jeff was helpful when selecting deck materials to ensure we got a quality product that will last for years to come. I would highly recommend Unique Decks of Dayton to all of my friends.

  Jeff Fisher of Unique Decks of Dayton did an exemplary job of restoring our 30+ year old wood deck. The deck is approximately 12' x 25' and was sagging 6" along one spot due to support issues. It also had numerous places where boards were soft from decay, but considering its age it had held up remarkably well. The flooring was stripped away and new cemented posts were placed where needed. All flooring was replaced along with all other railing and trim where necessary. The steps were rebuilt and a hefty wooden gate was fabricated that exceeded our expectations. We were hoping to get the work completed before Mother's Day for a family get together and despite a busy schedule on his part he worked our job in between his others. He and his crew did their best to avoid disturbing the existing landscaping that was already sprouting all along their project. The work was completed much sooner than expected and the work site was tidy and well organized at the end of each day. The little details were especially nice, such as using a router on sharp corners, two screws on every board at every joist, reinforcing all the joists which wasn't required by code but added much more rigidity and sweeping the work site (yard) for screws with a powerful magnet. This is a man who knows his craft well and has been doing this for many years, a true craftsman and professional. We highly recommend him and his crew for all decking needs.   Jeff did an amazing job! He met with us to go over designs and materials a couple of times. Jeff reviewed the materials and pros and cons of each. His design for our back deck was beyond our wildest dreams! We truly have a backyard oasis! I highly recommend Jeff! He loves what he does and cares about his customers, which shows in the amazing quality of his work. I highly recommend Jeff!

  Jeff and Unique Decks of Dayton are awesome! We are the 3rd deck that they have built on our street in two years and they all look amazing! We wanted to save a tree near the house and he helped create a design that wrapped around it and also added a pergola over the stairs which looks super cute and will be even more beautiful once I get a flowering vine planted to climb. We are so pleased that this core piece of our future backyard oasis is finished and couldn't be happier with the craftsmanship! We highly recommend Jeff and his team!
