  Unique Decks of Dayton ... OUTSTANDING service from start to finish. Jeff Fisher and his crew were professional, showed great pride and craftsmanship in construction and were thorough with every detail. From drafting a deck design, to deciding on material and pricing, to the construction process itself, Jeff involved us every step of the way. We are completely "over the moon" with our new deck and look forward to enjoying our new outdoor living space. We highly recommend Unique Decks of Dayton.

  Jeff and Unique Decks of Dayton's service is unparalleled! I participated in multiple quotes/meetings with many companies. Some were horrible and provided little details around the actual cost breakdown and used sub-standard material. Some were good, but when you take the time that I did, to go through the selection process and find a winner, you feel that you must share! Many people may not have the time that I took to go through an extensive evaluation. I am hoping I can save my friends and neighbors the time and headaches that go into the evaluation by advising them to start with Unique Decks of Dayton. Jeff and I sat down and talked about product choices (I had no knowledge of composite decks) and design considerations. He made measurements and we were able to discuss options based upon my budget. After we were done, I understood the material and cost options and knew exactly how much he was charging for the labor. Why is this important? I ended up picking a high-end decking, but his price for the best materials was lower than companies pushing lesser materials. Some companies did not want to provide the material cost/labor breakdown. I ended up getting the best deck in the world for the best price. Jeff and his team are professional and reliable! There were no issues with the installation, which was 9 months ago, and we are still immeasurably happy with our new deck! He and his team also helped me make some wooden fence modifications after one of my dogs escaped my yard. From top to bottom, Jeff helped me improve my backyard in terms of outdoor entertainment, dog security and the peace of mind that I have in a high-quality low maintenance solution. He truly cares about his customers, and you will not regret choosing him and his company.

  My late father was an engineer who designed and built the front and back decks on my house. Both decks were a labor of love and 25+ years old. Even though each was structurally sound, both needed a facelift. I wanted to preserve my father’s handiwork, so I was adamant about keeping the original design. Trusting someone else to do the job right is stressful, as is with any construction project. However, after meeting Jeff Fisher, I felt confident his company was the right fit. It may sound immaterial, but even my dogs gave their approval during our initial meeting – both went right up to him, tails wagging, and did not bark! It’s the little things?? Jeff was up for the challenge to help us restore these decks. I really appreciate his constant communication and responsiveness; from the initial quote and the selection of material, to just simply notifying us when he would be onsite for the day. He was honest about cost and even shared the reason for selecting certain materials. His crew was pleasant to interact with and considerate of our property. They cleaned up the job site at the end of each day, and even respected the landscape in the area. Their attention to detail is just one aspect that exemplifies their craftsmanship and expertise. My husband and I are delighted with how both projects turned out. Jeff and his team aim to ensure the customer is happy with the result. I am so thankful that we found Unique Decks of Dayton. Jeff preserved my father’s design of both decks – here’s to another 25+ years!   Beth and Zach, Throughout the entire project. I was imagining your father building this deck 20+ years ago all by himself..... my guys and I were very impressed by his craftsmanship and attention to detail. When you told me that he had built the whole deck by himself, I was pretty blown away. It says a lot about his character and work ethic, and his love for his family to have something nice. I appreciate all of the work that you provided for us, and I really appreciate the fact that you trusted us to preserve your father's project, and labor of love. It did turn out nice, and I am certain that he would have loved all of the work that you have done on your new home. Thank you so much for allowing us to do this project for you.   Jeff did a great job on our deck! The old wood was removed and replaced with timber tech- the crew was quick, tidy, and very good with communication. High quality work..Highly recommend !!!

  Unique Decks of Dayton is the BEST place to turn if you're considering adding or replacing a deck. Jeff Fisher is honest, reliable, and an excellent and responsive communicator who runs his business with integrity and great attention to detail. He and his crew demonstrate total mastery when it comes to deck construction. Our deck was completed to perfection! They do a wonderful job cleaning up too and keep you updated every step of the way. We chose the Deckorators Voyage decking in the Mesa color (with fascia) and aluminum bronze railing. Their pricing is competitive and fair. Thank you, Jeff and crew, for our new "happy spot!" We love it!

  So glad we chose Jeff and his team to help us with our front patio project. Despite our small budget, we felt we received VIP treatment. Jeff put together a great design for us and his team did beautiful work. We plan to call this team again when we do our large back deck. 5 Stars
