    Please review the attached documents. CJS Heating & Air continued to have severe negligence with my HVAC system to the point it caused a fire. I had to contact an emergency company in the amount to $283.11 which CJS promised me reimbursement. I've tried to contact them multiple times to the finalize this issue without response.

    CJS came to my home to fix a heating issue. He found that my thermostat needed to be replaced. He went to his van to get a new thermostat and drove away. CJS then lied to me and said the service man was sick. Then they said no the service man actually needed help finding a thermostat. Then told me they weren't coming back after all because of the living conditions of my home. So two lies and a weak excuse. My home is not deplorable. It's messy. Sure. I'm dealing with a whole boat load due to my husband being disabled and I'm depressed and therefore have no energy outside of work. They are not the company I've come to know. I've a loyal customer. Used to sing their praises but now I just can't. they have no humanity and no ethics.

    This scenario breaks my heart. We have a strong desire to serve the community with sympathy and compassion. We have had multiple team members visit the job for service. We must be emphatic with our teams, safety, and health also. We would love to help once the space is adequately maintained. In the meantime, we will be refunding money received for the club membership for $62.97

    Furnace Installed and found out it never passed inspection. 88 year old Mother with dementia didn't realize it was wrong. Apparently, it was supposed to be serviced for warranty and that has never been done. We thought it was correct. Just attempted to have it serviced for winter by another company and found out entire system was installed incorrectly. We notified CJS. They came and viewed what had been done. They stated that employees that had done original install has been fired due to this type of work. They said my Mother fell through the cracks. They stated they would reinstall and make this right. The system is not level. The pipes going to attic were not even connected! The system has water in it! They have been a no show several times now. They say they are coming and do not. Then they say they messed up and did not order parts! Scared for my Mother with winter coming. Please help!

    I spent about an hour researching this location and am not showing any installation work performed. I am showing maintenance performed in 2019. I am not showing any calls from the client or ***** ******. *****, can you provide a receipt for the purchase? Additionally, I have scheduled a meeting with our management team to see if someone knows something about this. It currently is not represented in our database.
