    I am so thankful that Eddington Heating and Cooling chose to retire and sell their Customers Accounts to CJS Heating and Air. I trusted Eddington 100% and now I trust their choice CJS to service my Heating and Air needs. Kevin our initial tech, I called him Mr. Wonderful for a reason. He is beyond educated and made my concerns a PRIORITY. Kevin asked me tons of questions and he listened to me. Literally 24 HOURS after I MET KEVIN my brand new system was installed and operating at 100% efficiency. That's the exact kind of service that I needed. The Installation team members were meticulous, timely, personable, and provided great communication plus education. My CJS team are 3 great men and Technicians. I wish my equipment didn't require a complete replacement but.... it did and I seen the problems with my own eyes. Thank You CJS and Team! You are Stellar!

    The communication was amazing. The technician arrived on time walked me through all the repairs. And even waited an hour and tried to work w home warranty company.

    AltAlthough we didn't purchase a new HVAC unit, Dominic's performance was exceptional, and he provided us with the best options. Since we were preparing our house for sale, the buyers chose a different option.

    CJs is joke. We have had nothing but trouble from the start of our project. When we had our AC unit installed there were things that were supposed to be done to our furnace as well. This did not happen on the day if install. We had to call them and bring it up. They sent a tech out he did not have the correct parts with him. They rescheduled and missed that appointment. We finally got that competed. We have a service warranty so they would come out and check everything to make sure it is ok. They have missed their time slots on those appointments and have called after the time slot to rescheduled. I have called in asking to speak to manager and I was told it would be 24-48hrs before receiving a call back. This never happened I had to call back twice in a 3 week span to get a manager. Once I spoke to a manager he said he was going to scheduled a tech to come out and fix a drain line for us. The tech arrived and had no clue that he was suppose to replace the drain line. I was told he would get with the office to have this scheduled and done by the end of the week. This was on Monday, I never received a call so I called them on Wednesday and they had no clue that this was supposed to be scheduled. There is no communication from this company as to what the customer actually needs.

    The guys who came to our home today, Austin ***** & his partner, did a very good job of installing our new furnace. They arrived early Thursday morning, BEFORE the call/text message arrived announcing their arrival. However, once they began working, they worked quickly and got our old furnace removed and the new furnace installed before we knew it. The new furnace is working great, putting out heat, without making any funny noises.

    I had this company replace my entire HVAC system in July 2023. July 2024 my AC went out for over a week as they attempted to fix the unit. They missed an appointment due to the parts not being ready when they told me it would be. Also came out with the wrong parts at one point. Finally got it fixed after over a week with four sweltering children in the house. I didn't give up on them as I had heard great things about the business. Fast forward to today and my heat isn't working. 59 degrees in my house. My wife called today and CJS informed us they can come out on in 5 days. Just called them tonight and they only accept messages after 5 PM. I honestly don't even care about the warranty claim I could file. I'll gladly pay for someone else to come out at this point. Great service until unit is installed. Quality of unit is obviously not good. Service once you have their unit is only convenient to CJS. Nice costly $16K mistake on my part. They do give military discount but not worth the hastle. My old unit was more reliable at 20+ years old..
