    CJS has been a wonderful company to work with and ****, who came out for our checkup was not only polite, but is extremely knowledgeable and lets me know any recommendations before they are urgent/necessary, so we have time to prepare for any costs associated with it. FOR ANIMAL LOVERS: One note on the side is that **** loves dogs and while I normally put my dogs up while service people are in my home, there is no need to do so with **** here! My pets love him and they quickly say hello to him when he arrives and then **** is sure to say goodbye to them when he leaves. He is the best service technician that CJS has, in my opinion.

    Had a dispute with regard to the installation of the humidifier system. The drain hose came loose from the system causing a significant amount of water damage in the basement. Even though the company tech was the only person to ever touch the system they decided it was not their problem. They suggested any number of my problems could have caused the hose to become disconnected from the system including the possibility of children playing in the basement. A ludicrous suggestion as we have no children playing in the basement and the furnace is in its own closed section of the basement. Be careful dealing with them as they will throw anything they can against the wall to see if it sticks The owners son came out to do a thorough check of the system to ensure there were no other problems with the system. He admitted the simple fix of a hose clamp should have been installed to keep the risk of the hose from separating. If you choose to do business with them make sure you have a clamp installed.
