      Caresource is the most expensive, yet worst insurance I have EVER had in my life. They do not admit when they have screwed up and then put your accounts on hold after you have no balance with them at all. They lie to you on the phone after going through 6 people, and sspending 1 and 1/2 hours on the phone. They locked my RX account and never even mentioned it on this long conversation trying to get their screw up straight. The lock on my RX account in 6/2023 is do to a screw up 18 months ago in 2022. They are fraudulent and I would not recommend them for medical on a snake. They are lower than that!!! Done with them.

      Caresource sucks they won’t even pay for my MRI AND WONT PAY FOR MY MEDICATIONS. CARESOURCE IS A JOKE THEY DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT MY HEALTH OR ANYBODYS HEALTH ALL THEY CARD ABOUT IS THEIR STUPID MONEY AND BEING LAZY PEOPLE WHO DONT WANT TO CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLES HEALTH. CARESOURCE IM TAKING YOU PEOPLE IN COURT AND I BE SUING YOUR BUSINESS AND I HOPE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CUSTOMERS FOR NOT TAKING CARE OF US

      They keep cutting my sons ABA hours , saying he has been on it to long and its basically not working. He is non verbal level 3 autism with epilepsy. How dare they send such a hatful mail to our special needs community. They need a class action lawsuit brought in place and stop the insurance from limiting our kids needed services.

      Customer service is horrible. My calls were always answered by agents in India or The Philippines and I could barely understand them. I'd have to call multiple times to get anything resolved. I switched as soon as I was able. Do not use them!

      This is the worst company I have ever worked with. They cancelled our insurance after speaking with a representative several times regarding our payments. I called several times and there was no answer provided. This company should not be in service at all. The customer service is horrible and they do not know how to communicate with customers. They only hire foreign people in the customer service that cannot speak our language at all. They constantly lied about the bill and did not communicate at all. I would not recommend getting anything from this company as they seem to be insurance scammers.

      Worst company I have ever tried to deal with. I am a rep payee for somebody who gets a certain amount of money to spend every quarter. This is the second year that I have not been able to make sure he takes advantage of this every quarter because none of the links on their website take you take the site to choose the items. You click on it and nothing happens. I call them and sit for hours (literally) with no answer. What happens to the money that you basically steal from the people reliant on this service? It is sad, but not surprising, that this is what the government contracts for people with disabilities. Very disappointed.

      They constantly fight you on everything, even if you've had progressing issues for decades. They also like to give out mixed information. Example: telling my pharmacy I need a prior authorization and when my doctor files one they don't get a denial because they tell my doctor it doesn't need one. This company doesn't care about their patients. I have enough to deal with as it is without having to play phone tag with my pharmacy, insurance, and doctors office. Instead of talking directly to each other clearly and making the process as smooth as possible they force the patient the additional mental breakdown of juggling everyone even though everyone else is getting paid plenty to do their job properly. This is why the American Healthcare system is so terrible and people die because they have to fight tooth and nail for a bread crumb of something that they are supposed to already have. You guys are absolutely terrible and should be ashamed of your practices. Prior authorizations were made to stop doctors from taking advantage of the Healthcare system. Now the Healthcare system is using it as a tool to make people suffer and die needlessly because they can't access their doctors, medications, and testing in a timely fashion. The doctors are already booked months out. Prime example, my back doc i waited 4 months to get in to see and he wants an mri of my entire spine to see how the degenerative disc disease and other issues have progressed, denied, appealed, denied oh look now I have to wait over a month to get in to physical therapy that is only going to make it worse for 6 weeks then they are going to have to pay for the mri afterwards anyways and then hopefully I'll be able to get in a month after that for the mri itself. My treatment shouldn't take over 6 months to start for a problem that's been persistent, established and ongoing for yrs! Yet these places continue to get away with the inhumane treatment of its patients.

      I have had more problems than good they have no ride app working no one to help fix anything and they always have a person cusses at is or argues with you and talks to people like we are crap I am a disabled adult I might not be able to do most things but I deserve respect and I don’t deserve to have 2 numbers snd can’t get a ride to my doctors without a isdues with people this is unacceptable behaviors and further more isn’t how you help people in need and I have begged for my teeth to be done is causing major deformities and now this insurance won’t help provide the necessary things and services to help me it’s absolutely disgusting how these insurance companies talk and treaty there customers this one exspecially care source so sad how you call to scedule a ride to get abused it’s terrible thank you Carrie

      I was a member through healthcare.gov for 2022. In June I had a surgery that was pre approved according to a letter I was sent. In July I was informed that part of it was denied, then they tried to deny some therapy that had been previously approved later in the year. In November I signed up for another company’s plan through healthcare.gov for 2023 and received a letter that they were canceling my insurance for the rest of 2022. After spending hours on the phone with them, this was corrected. I will also say that their customer service reps are either not well trained or they outright lie to people when dealing with claims. I was given false information several times when dealing with the denied claims, which by the way are still not resolved. Don’t do business with them, if you can avoid it!
