      All I can say is Find a different place to buy from. If given the opportunity they would get 0 stars. We bought my fiance's engagement ring in January it sat in the drawer untill I proposed in late June. She wore it off and on for a month and one of the small stones fell out. Immediately took it in for repair. She wore it off and on for another month no problems until a week ago and another one of the small stones fell out. We are livid at this point and want our money back so we go in and ask for the manager. Oh only 30 day return policy after purchase like no one proposes right away after buying the ring come on!! I don't believe we even signed to acknowledge that. The manager of the store calls the owner of the stores 3 times and we only are offered a extended 3 year warranty when we are just wanting to be done with this ring and want our money back as we are questioning the quality of products they are selling there. The manager was going on and on about details and stuff and I finally had enough and loudly said I wanted my money back. At that point seemingly using a intimidation tactic by the store, the old man security guard walks over and explains we were given our options to choose one and leave. So we ultimately are stuck with a ring that we eventually will have to pay for repair if the stones keep falling out after 3yrs. Not happy at all!!!
