    I had the same thing happen to me. I bought their life time product and spent $3500! Told me today and yesterday that my computer had been hacked and I needed to spend $3500 more to get the fix. They screwed up my email as an example of what was happening. Do not trust these people.

    Hp printer for help and I was transferred to them. I bit and bought their "Gold" product. They called me today and said I was covered for some things but not others including dark web. So they wanted to sell me another product to protect that! HUGE SCAM COMPANY! I am embarrassed I bought from them in the first place.

    Scammers all the way. They will sell you on tech support but not help when needed. They contact me every so often to say I have suspicious activity. Because I suspected them, I hired 2 local companies to confirm that my system was clean. When I called to tell them I need a refund due to not being hapoy with the service, they hung up on me. Run fast and far from this organization.
