    Their product has not worked for us. We took a loan out for a water softener, as they found our water hard. This softner has not worked right since day 1! We have called them several times each time they would send a tech, he tested water said the water tests were fine!!! So we gave up on calling!! We had a shower put in not too long ago and it is ruined and both the toilets are stained and our laundry doesn't get clean
    Towels are very rough to the touch. We are tired of making payments on this softener that does not even do it's job. We would like a refund on what payments we have made and for the company to cancel us out on the loan and to come and get the softener and make sure our plumbing is back to what it was when they came to install it!
    I would advise consumers to stay away from this company as not to go through what we are going through
    Phil Harris the salesman for them was very convincing but nothing about the softener he said seemed to be true. People just make sure you do research when looking for a softener.

    I had a maintenance agreement with them for 5 years service kept getting worse last year 2021 they didn’t even show up to do services until February of 22. This years same thing I call to schedule service in September and they made the appointment in February of 2023 said that was the earliest available. Now they what the 2023 agreement to be paid before coming, I told them it (2022)was already paid for but they refused to come. They also refused to give my money back from 2022 that they received but didn’t perform the service on that was paid for. Never do business with this company they will not fulfill there obligations. The salt delivery was not they great either past few years kept running out of salt . I wrote it off as a result of COVID. I think it is just bad management I gave them 1 star because I had to
