      Stanley Steamer cleaned my residence, I have the cleaning guy a$400 area rug to take with him to have cleaned and he assured me it would come back to me in the same state/condition only clean. They attempted to return the rug to me but when I saw the rug it was a mess. I told the delivery guy to take it back and have corporate call me to come up with a resolution. I’ve had 1 call and they left a message to call them back. I have several times with no reply. This has been going on for almost 2 months. I’d like a call back with a resolution to this matter.

      I’m still waiting on a check from Stanley steamer who notified me claiming they will reimburse me an amount that they found on the Internet from four years ago for the cost of the rug which was $99. The cost to replace the rug today is $400. They said they would also reimburse the amount of the cleaning of the rug which was $53. So the total reimbursement check should be around $160. They said they would send it out and I should receive it by Friday, that was last week and I still have not seen a check. So I am going to contact them tomorrow giving it a week which will be Friday and see if they even sent it. I still feel they should replace the rug no matter what the cost because now I’m without a Rug.
