      I placed a order with Stanley S****** online. I clicked for 3 rooms, hallway and stairs to be cleaned and deodorized. They were scheduled to come out on 11/27/2024 between 3pm and 7pm and would text when on their way. They arrived at 2pm without any notification. My two Chinese crested was let out due to me having no notification to lock dogs up. After chasing down my two dogs, the technician told me that this was for one room, hallway and stairs, this isn't what I ordered online. I ordered 3 rooms, hallway and stairs with deodorizer for over 200.00. They charged me over 200.00 for one room, hallway and stairs and was gone in 10 minutes. You can't even tell that anything was done. Very poor quality of work!!!! How can you clean and deodorized in 10 minutes? Will never use this company again!!!! And won't ever recommend this company to anyone.

      Stanley Steemer came out today to clean the ducts in my house. The gentleman suggested an air freshener for $105.00. I agreed. When the job was done, the air freshener was priced at $150.00, I was told that I just misheard him. The job was done, what could be done? After they left, I saw that there was a bathroom on the first floor that was not cleaned. When I went upstairs to put furniture back in place, there were shoe prints on the nightstand. They use the nightstand to reach an air return.

      Tracked mud into the house and all over the carpet and stairs to then 'clean; the carpet. I had a fit and the branch manager ****** on the phone tells me its policy to wear the boots ind=side so they don't slip. MUDDY BOOTS???? how about a second pair for inside the home brainiac. MORONS

      ********* company. Unreliable. They showed up to do the work and decided they couldn't do it. Then promised to come back later in the day, which they never showed up. Manager got on the phone and denied the whole conversation ever happened. I would not recommend working with them since there's no guarantee they will actually honor their commitment. Also the manager was very rude on the line and offered no solutions.

      I contracted with Stanley Steemer to clean 4 bathroom floors plus one shower. I was given a price for the floors but told they had to see the shower. The shower was $285 for a tiny one person shower - ok. They came on the late side of appt window. I had to leave before they arrived but husband was here. They offered to clean other bathroom showers, etc - my husband said we just moved in and all are clean. Guy said it will just take a few minutes while we’re here as if they were doing him a favor. NEVER discussed all additional services and NEVER discussed pricing with my husband. Classic con job. The three other baths they cleaned had been spotless. I only wanted the floors professionally done to see if they were permanently stained or if professionals could get stains out. Stains still there and do is the perimeter dirt in my master bath - the main reason I called them. I will attach photos of a portion of the dirty area left by Dtanley Steamer, a photo after wiping with only wet toilet paper and a photo of the dirt that came up on the TP. Lastly, yesterday I went into one of the “cleaned” bathrooms that no o e uses and there was a terrible smell. I lifted the toilet seat - the Stanley person perf in the toilet and left it. That in itself is unprofessional! I expected to be billed for the services I ordered ~ $460. Instead we had a bill of ~ $1900. Many people work and may leave housekeepers or older children home for these service calls. This company will continue to con unless BBB does something to stop this.

      Stanley steamer carpet cleaners is a scam. They refused to clean the carpet under my sofa, then strong armed/intimidated me into giving them a hefty "tip" even though I was extremely unsatisfied with the work. You're better off renting a carpet cleaner from ********** and doing it yourself, which is exactly what I did a week later

      I called and asked Stanley Steemer to come out and give us a quote on cleaning our waiting area grout and to seal. Someone came out gave us a quote and an appointment was set. They came out a few days later and informed us they did not have the proper equipment to clean the floor because its marble. They should have known that when the quote was given.I called and called and got the run around. Finally got it re-scheduled just to be told they could not do it when they came out and know it would be more.Very disappointed

      Agreed handshake deal changed after leaving my residence.My problem started when the two crew members attempted to clean my drier duck from the outside in. When they stopped they said it was clean. I have a 32' duct run from outside to the connecting duct that goes up and more forward and up again to the drier room. Then the duct work goes horizontally about 3 feet to the dryer. That last 8 feet did not get cleaned. And I disputed the $143.78 charge on my credit card. My credit card company made a deal with SS that I would pay $100 and they (SS) would wave the $43.78. A few weeks later the supervisor came and looked at the duct work and with a hand shake agreed to come back and clean the drier duct work from the dryer to the connecting duct for no charge. That did not happen. Apparently the supervisor was over ruled at the office and he sent me an email saying they could complete the job if I paid the $43.78. I never answered that email. I will never do business with this company again. First they were late to the first appointment, the supervisor was late to our follow up meeting and now the office called and said they were going to file a claim against me for the remaining $43.78. Watch their TV ad and you can see what is the correct method, but not the one used at my house.

      The Stanley Steemer Company (their Ft. *****, ** office) recently took one of my area rugs to their shop for cleaning. I was promised the rug back "no later than" 7/20/24. After five days later I still had not heard from them. So I called their Ft. Worth number and talked to a representative named *****. He said he was in a central call center rather than actually in the Ft. Worth location.. In my discussion with ***** about the delivery of my overdue rug I found him to be completely unhelpful and ineffectual. In fact, I don't think I've ever talked with anyone as unhelpful as he was. He did inform me the rug was in their "return bin" but he made no effort to schedule the return at any time I could be here to accept it. He offered no explanation why the rug was overdue, or why they had not gotten in touch with me to arrange it's return. He refused to let me talk to a supervisor, or the manager of that office. And the best he offered me was to return the rug in four more days. (That will be 9 days after the rug's promised return.) My wife and I have used the Stanley Steamer company several times in the past; we will never use it again, nor will we ever recommend it to any of our family or friends. We will be filing a report/complaint with the Better Business Bureau and several social media sites. And we will certainly share this disgusting experience with other people. It is my hope that Stanley Steemer will in the future train the employees who represent them to be more helpful to folks who keep them in business.

      Booked an appointment online. Didnt receive a confirmation or anything and when I call and finally reach someone, they dont have an appointment. ***** stated they dont control the website. Its your website. As I told her: have professionalism and accountability. You have neither nor competence! I will never recommend or use your services for personal or professional reasons. Own up to your mistakes. Youre a business. Act like one.
