My wife and I had our large area rug cleaned today and the guys did a great job. It looks really good and after a few days drying we will haul it back in the house. ********* was excellent! We had him come to clean out the dryer vent. He was Professional and personable and punctual. He did his work quickly and efficiently, and took photos so we could see the Before and After. This is the second time I have used Stanley Steemer and I am so impressed by their technicians. I have them coming to my house again in a few days to clean my floor. I will absolutely continue to recommend them and use their service. 5 starsI left five stars for *****, the employee who cleaned my rugs. He was thorough, friendly and I was surprised to see, worked alone. For the organization as a whole, not so thrilled. This was a move-out cleaning, so we had a deadline. Id made an appointment weeks in advance. I received two advance emails saying Id get a text when someone was on their way. I stayed within ***** minutes of my home and checked my phone regularly. Towards the end of of the five-hour window I called and was told that my appointment had been cancelled due to not being home. They said I was emailed and called, which I was not. I was able to make another appointment but at a less convenient time. This time I did get the text. So I know it wasnt me the first time.Review fromPeter W

5 starsYesterday we had our ducts cleaned for the first time. While the 2 workers were competent and polite, one (*****) was far better than the other. The amount of lint that was flushed from our dryer vent was amazing and from a safety point made the cost seem worthwhile. I would recommend having this done, including all vents. No complaints and I was very satisfied.
