5 starsI had a problem with the warranty on our refrigerator, a part that is no longer manufactured was needed and had been delayed for several months. ******* went out of her way to help us and she was able to get us a check for the replacement of the refrigerator, she was very pleasant and returned calls in a timely manner.

1 starThis company will do anything to not pay a claim, I had 5 year coverage for couch and love seat, their excuse that it was wear and tear, it's peeling, seams coming apart just from sitting on it. These were not disclosed when I bought it that those are not covered, so now I'm stuck with a big ugly living room suite! Always same excuse "wear and tear".The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

5 starsSafeware is one of the most easy companies I've ever dealt with warranty-wise I filled out my form they called me they sent me the part it was just a small plastic piece that broke but that plastic piece was $100 and they sent it to me no questions asked and no charge.
I will never buy another appliance or furniture that doesn't offer Safeware warranty. I will not shop at a store that doesn't offer SafewareReview fromCECILE F

5 starsSafeware has always been great to me. Every time I purchased restaurant equipment, I always purchased additional warranties from them. When things are broken, they always help me find a service provider. And if they can't fix it, they'll replace it with a new one. 5 starsSafeway was amazing in dealing with our claim resulting from unexpected damage to our dining room table. They opened a claim, assessed the damage and sought repair options all within a couple of weeks. Ultimately the table could not be repaired and Safeware arranged for the delivery of a new table that was available within another couple of weeks. 5 starsI had to file a claim after the handle on our deck oven came off. I called in to file the claim and within 10 minutes the claim was sent to the adjuster. He contacted me the same day and got the replacement part ordered to me. It arrived within ten days. I'm definitely glad I purchased an extended warranty through Safeware and will continue to do so as we buy a fair amount of cooking equipment for our commercial ktichen.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.
