5 starsI was very happy with the professionalism and speed with which my claim was handled. While I had a very bad experience with the third party contractor I had to use for my claim, the representative for Safeware listened to my concerns and got right on a resolution. She was honest and did what she promised me to handle the problems I was having getting my washer fixed. 5 starsWas having trouble with the company I bought the appliance from ended up with 2 and 2 warranty's with only one freezer. ****** is the ONLY person I talked to and was so helpful helped me find all the policy numbers. Square away what one I needed to keep and helped cancel the one I never received. He was so very helpful and I am so grateful.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

3 starsI was not so pleased with the service from safeware. The appliance company was working with safeware and stated they didn’t have much luck reaching the adjuster so provided me with the info to contact the agent directly. I called numerous times and did not receive a call back. I finally decided to email and the agent replied. Actually, email is the only method the agent would use to communicate with me. I feel my issue could have been resolved a lot sooner had I received a call back. I am waiting on my appliance refund currently and hoping that part is not a complicated process. Not pleased at all!

4 starsI was completely happy with the response to our issue. They responded quickly and had someone out to look at the problem in a satisfactory time. The only real problem at that time was they had to order parts which took a while to have them shipped to my home. Once the parts arrived they came out within days and fixed the problem. I would recommend Safeware to anyone with no hesitation.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.
