Excellent service for quality, interaction, and resolution time. I could not have expected any better. Appliances nowadays are complex and expensive. I strongly recommend the Safeware Insurance plan to anyone seeking true peace of mind concerning appliances.

I am really happy I purchased this warranty! My computer had a major issue, and the entire cost to repair it was covered! The process was so easy! I was able to handle everything via email. The representative I worked with was prompt in returning my emails, and I got to choose where to take my device to be repaired. I would most definitely purchase a warranty through The Safeware Insurance Agency again!The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.
