The company was fast to respond, understood that I was unable to get my phone to a repair center, and refunded my full amount (minus the $50 deductible). Fast and easy.

I am really happy I purchased this warranty! My computer had a major issue, and the entire cost to repair it was covered! The process was so easy! I was able to handle everything via email. The representative I worked with was prompt in returning my emails, and I got to choose where to take my device to be repaired. I would most definitely purchase a warranty through The Safeware Insurance Agency again!The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

Safeware Insurance was absolutely a pleasure to work with. Bought duel reclining sofa from Weekends only. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend using them if you do not already. ****** *The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

Purchased a chair from weekends only 2 years ago. Unfortunately it broke and we had a warranty connected with Safeware so I contacted then for options since weekends only is no longer in business. They could have said sorry about your luck but they answered email promptly and at least refunded us the cost of the warranty. Since they couldnt repair or send a service at least they did something to take care of their customer. Which gave us the $ to get it fixed. Great customer service!! I have waited three months for Safeware to repair my machine. In the end, Safeware found every excuse not to send somone out to fix my machine because the closest tech was hours away. They do not stand by their warranty. Don't waste your money on this insurance.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

I had purchased a Horizon Fitness elliptical in 2022, because I wasn't able to get to the gym with my schedule. I decided to purchase the extended warranty. About three weeks ago, one of the screws somehow broke that helps to hold the right-side petal bar onto the main unit. I contacted Horizon and they referred me to Safeware. I reached out and wasn't sure what to expect.
I filled out the form and one of Safeware's customer service representatives, Weston, emailed me back promptly. I was hoping to get the screw/bolt combination quickly, so I could use the machine again asap. The warranty would have provided for someone to come to my home and replace it, but I asked if I could just be sent the parts to speed things up, since I felt confident I could do the install myself.
The elliptical is back up and running great. It took between 7 - 10 days to get the parts..
