5 starsThey were fantastic! Took care of the problem right way. Were sent here there and everywhere since April 24th. Once we contact Safeware Insurance Agency Inc. our problem was solved in a few days.

5 starsMy Safeware experience was absolutely amazing. After my recliner broke I couldn’t find my original warranty paperwork. Safeware was able to look up my information and submit a claim in just a few simple steps. Within a week a technician had come to inspect my furniture and determine if a repair could be made or if a replacement was required. Safeware issued a full replacement within 24hrs of the technician assessment. Safeware even contacted the furniture company where I had purchased my recliner to let them know that I was due a replacement and the amount of credit I should receive towards a replacement. My transaction with Safeware was so smooth that I bought another replacement plan for my new recliner, no questions asked.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

1 starUnfortunately, I have to give at least one star. Terrible claims service from start to finish. Terrible communication, Lie, and try to scam you during the process. Did I mention, the first reimbursement check they sent BOUNCED! Once forced to reissue, and forced to reimburse the return deposit fee, they deducted 5 bucks because I would not give them my banking information to do an electronic transfer. They have a two page form for me to complete for 15 bucks, which states if "they" determine they have overpaid me for any reason, they can go into my account and get the overpayment back. Uh, NO, keep the 5 bucks, send me a check, and I will let the world know how terrible you are. Plus report you to the AG's office for scamming business practices. DO NOT PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY FROM THIS COMPANY!The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

1 starI bought a warranty for my couch 5 years ago and just used it to get stains clean off of it. What they sent me was three cleaning pouches and a cloth from ******* ******** to clean the couch myself. I thought I payed them for that.
The warranty cost 129 dollars and the remedy that I was offered was less than 20 dollars.
I feel scammed by this. I could of keep that money and had S****** ***** cleaners clean the whole couch for that price or less.
My advice to anyone that buys new furniture is to keep your money and get it fixed yourself instead of trusting a company to do right by you in the future.The Safeware Insurance Agency Inc.

I have been particular impressed with their adjuster, Weston C*****, who has listened to and understood my concerns.
