      I placed an order on my app. The app said the store was open and took my money off of my card and took my rewards points I used. When I got there the store was closed. They usually have there dining room closed but for the last couple days they have been closing down completely but apparently not updating the system. This was the last of my money until I get paid tomorrow so you can imagine how inconvenient this is. There is no way to contact them and talk to anybody until tomorrow so it looks like I won't get that money back for a few days. If the store is closed it should say that so people don't have to go through this. This particular store is garbage. They have one or two people who actually try to be professional but the rest are usually rude and short with the customers. That includes the managers. Maybe if they got new management they could keep workers and not have to close all the time. Store# **** Weed your garden ****...

      Do not buy ******* gift card every time I get cheated out on my remaining balance. I the last gift card I received I enter it into the my digital account on the ******* app in hope to track the amount still on the card. But that failed as well. I order online the First time using it worked just fine. Second time I order online the restaurant said I did not make a payment even though it showed I paid for it. Luckily they accepted it. Both times were under $10 and the gift card was $20. My account still shows $20 like I never used it. Third time tried again shows I paid for it on the app but the restaurant did not accept it so I had to pay by other means. So now I am out the remaining amount. I have tried reaching ******* corporate but no response. This has been the same for other ******* gift cards I have received. First purchase works fine but the remaining balance is gone.

      I have always enjoyed ***** burgers but the first time I use door dash, I got screwed. Order was totally wrong and when I called for a refund of 1 cheeseburger, I was told that I had to go to the store!!If I went in the first place, I wouldnt have had the problem.Will never ever use Wendys for food again. Rude staff at the state st franchise ??
