      At 2:35 PM on 23 September 2022, My Wife and I went to the ******* in ***************** for an afternoon meal. We went to the drive through and were immediately treated with complete disrespect and cruelty. Without ordering, I drove to the drive up window to complain and found an indifferent manager and crew. I informed the manager that I was going to contact *****'s corporate and then drove away with her shouting insults. At 2:55 pm the same day, I contacted ******** at corporate who told me she would contact the district manager for the Princeton area and have that person contact me. After not hearing anything for four days, I talked to ****** at upper management at 1:42 pm, 27 September, 2022, who told me she would have the district manager call me within 48 hours. That same day, ******, a district manager, called me and said she would deal with my issue and report back to me. After not hearing anything for over a week, I talked to Kyream at 2 pm, 4 October, 2022. He stated he would have the district manager contact me. I have not heard anything from *****'s as of 10 October, 2022. I am a retired 100% disabled combat Marine, who gave the best years of my life protecting All Americans way of life therefore, I will no longer make or take phone calls concerning this issue. All further contact will be made via email so I have a paper trail of my contact with *****'s. On the advice of my attorney, I contacted the BBB to lodge a complaint about Wendys.Unfortunately, at 18:42 today, I received a message from BBB saying they cannot handle my complaint.

      Went to the Wendys in ********** on ******************** and a friend ordered and were at the window at 6:58 PM on 10-12-2022. When we paid, the lady working the drive-thru window did not give us a receipt or give us change back for our $20. We tried to stay and ask for change but she never opened the window, and we did not want to hold up the line. I do not think this is representative of Wendys as a company, but the management at this location desperately needs to address this and look for areas of opportunity for employees to improve on. I believe we only lost 3 dollars from not getting change back, however, I feel as though this behavior is unacceptable and greatly discourages us from ever coming back.

      Their app needs to be fixed and updated I went to Wendys on *********************************************************** and I ordered a meal over there app and this is the second time Ive done this and paid for it over the app and drove all the way there and they told me they turn their machine off so I dont sept any online orders so why would they take an order if they dont except it and made me drive all the way there waste my gas money and we were so hungry and I still never got my money back this is unacceptable they need to update their app but I know that they cant order from the site or something and I want my money back

      My son accepted a summer position at *****'s (store #***), but because of the chaos and poor management he attempted to tell the manager he was giving his 2 weeks notice. The manager told him "just go!" He has never received a paycheck for the time he worked there.

      Two visits to *****'s in as many days. First visit 20Sep22, was great, and the coffee is great and hot, not hot, not warm!! That is a big plus for me. The young white counter lady was so nice and quick in getting out 4 person order out. Had a great visit. On 21Sep22, went back to *****'s for breakfast. I was totally ignored for a full 5 minutes, and finally left the store. Two black women in the back of the store ignored me, even after making eye contact with me, and they did not look in my direction again. There was a black man there, but he was mopping or sweeping the floor. I only gave the black/white description to show who did what... this is not any kind of racial thing. I will not go back to this store due to the treatment I received this morning. This may be part of the reason there were no other customers in the store besides me and 4 construction workers... thanks for reading this. *******************

      ***** locks their dinning room and refuses to serve truck drivers. The same truck drivers that supply their stores. Moving forward I will see any and all ***** deliveries that hit my route are brought back and are held for delay. The employees were rude , discrimination can be looked at from many prospectives. Refusing to server someone with a vehicle that will not fit in a drive thru is absurd. Judging from all the other reviews ,this particular location need to be shut down.

      I eat at the ****************** located at ***********************************************. When ordering a combo meal, I'm always asked if I want a medium or large size meal. After my visit on 8/18/22, I looked up on line to see if there is a small size offered because I don't want a larger fries and drink. The website to order from this location shows that there is a small size combo meal offered. I feel like the staff is being deceptive by not offering this when I order and I have spent extra money every time I've visited this restaurant.

      Very upset with the Wendys in ******, **. I went through drive through and waited a long time in line it was later at night we waited a good 20 to ******************************************************************************************************************** a very rude tone and said yes we are open, I replied Just making sure because it didnt look like anyone was here. He said have a good day rudely and hung up the phone. Mind you this is a manger. His name is *****************************.

      If it was possible Id rate the service a 0, drive thru had a long line so I went inside just to be dissatisfied and disappointed to say the least , employees and Manager never acknowledged me or other paying customers waiting to be helped, all I saw was caos, the Manager seemed overwhelmed and said she was tired of so many customers and said her head hurt something you dont say in front of other paying customers waiting to be helped, after finally which seemed like 10 min waiting to be helped an employee asks me what I want to order , when Im telling her my order , I looked down the cash register area and see a coach ***** in that area which only means this restaurant is not being run as it should, with discipline and following guidelines and rules, what else can go wrong then Im handed my order and it was wrong , with that said and being a Unit Manager myself for a School Cafeteria, this restaurant needs better service in all senses , this will definitely go in the books as the most terrible service at a restaurant ever and I will sure never return back.

      Very very disappointed on the shape of the women's restroom. The toilet bowl looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a year and no paper towels in the handicap stall. Needed seat covers as well. Probably won't stop in there again!
