    Worst insurance ever. They are withholding medication until after due date. Talked to 5 different people, including supervisor, *****, and got 5 different answers. They take your money, your employers money, collect your copay too and withhold your medication. These meds are not controlled at all. The supervisor said they would even do it with blood thinners and important medication also. They make up rules as you go along saying I have to pay for picking up my meds a day or too early sometimes. Do your freaking jobs before you go out of business because I'm going to tell everyone I can about what you are doing. Hopefully my employer drops them. Hopefully I can persuade that

    Contacted Quantum Health for authorization for a PET Scan ,talked to ****** who said she would look into it for me, a few hours later she called back which I was unable to answer the phone and left a message letting me know it was authorized. Before the Day was up ****** called again to make sure I received the message....THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE! THANKYOU AMANDA

    I submitted a claim then 2 months passed and nobody had the decency to contact me to inform the status of my claim was not approved. So I contacted them for an update, and they came up with a bunch of excuses for not approving my claim when I specifically asked them what paperwork I needed to submit with my claim, which I did, so I just gave up, I would not recommend this company to anyone

    This company is either criminally negligent or completely incompetent. My wife's employer hired them to manage their self-financed health insurance a few years ago and, since then, we had nothing but problems getting the correct refunds. We are using 2 out of network providers that have been approved for "as in network" reimbursements (that is: 100% except the copays) and there has not been a time in which they processed the claims correctly; always refunding us much less than the correct amount. This has wreaked havoc in our finances forcing us to use savings to pay the bills and have to wait months to have the matter resolved (if it gets resolved). This company uses multiple levels of lower management to process the claims, thus multiplying the chances for errors. They are completely incompetent or willfully negligent. In any case, they should NOT be in this business as they are ruining people's lives. LOBBY YOUR EMPLOYER TO DUMP THEM!!! Avoid at all cost!!!

    This company is worthless. I contacted Quantum to find covered health service providers for thyroid management. They recommended *******, who they have a partnership with. I paid the $50 to meet with a physician on ******* who stated they don't offer services for thyroid management. I requested Quantum to reimburse the $50 for the service they recommended me to and they denied it. When I called in to Quantum to dispute this, they wouldn't give any answer other than "the file notes say we can't reimburse it." Looking at other reviews on here, this company has no interest in providing quality customer service.

    I was approved for surgery prior to my company switching to quantum health. Since then I've had to reschedule my surgery because one employee there told me the surgical center and anesthesiologist were out of network. 2 days later they called me and said they were in network. I can't trust them. Which of the 2 employees are providing accurate information? It's a 4k out of pocket difference for me so it matters.

    My employer provided health care is managed through quantum health. You are supposed to be able to find in network care through the “Care Finder” feature, however the information is frequently inaccurate. I have had multiple doctors listed as “Out-of-Network” only to call the doctor’s office and find out they are in fact in network. The insurance covered my visits as they would in-network services (so obviously they really are in-network), yet they are still listed on Care Finder as out-of-network.
    Additionally, many of the doctors I searched for had outdated information on the quantum health site (i.e. wrong place of work/address listed).
    These inaccuracies make the Care Finder feature highly unreliable and finding quality in-network care even more frustrating than it has to be.

    SCAMMERS! Beware of this company or any employers hiring them to handle their benefits. Quantum Health is hired by employers to help bring healthcare costs down by denying as many medical claims as possible. Be ready for constant incompetence from their call centers with high turnover and zero knowledge of healthcare. In my opinion the companies that employ these people should be ashamed for putting their employees through more hassle than needed to get basic coverage approved. The more research I do the more unethical this company seems. I know of at least 10 people that have switched employers due to their company hiring Quantum to act as a middleman between the company and health insurance company. Be ready for endless hours on the phone getting different answers!

    This company is scamming customers. They should not be in business. They don’t pay claims like they have been contracted to. My husband’s employer switched to them last year and we have had nothing but issues. I have had to call them 4 times this year so far and it’s only been a month. This time I was on the phone for over 2 hours and had to be transferred 5 times to then be told that they had to create a case about the same thing we have been dealing with for a month. They then informed me that even though I was a covered person on the plan I could not call to get this straightened out. I have called 3 other times before today and have spoken to people about the issue and have not been told that I could not call. This company should be closed. They are not paying claims that they should be and their customer service is horrible. They don’t care about the people they insure. Insurance shouldn’t be this painful to deal with. I would give them a 0 rating if I could.

    I sent in a hotel reimbursement back in July on the 17th. I also sent in all the required paperwork and hotel receipts. The form states it can take up to 45 days to process and we are well past the 45 days and still no progress or reasons can be answered why my account is not being worked. I had a bone marrow transplant and was required to stay within a certain distance from the hospital that could provide me emergency treatment until day 60 after transplant. The hotel I stayed at would only allow 28 day bookings at a time so I have 2 receipts from them but it was a straight stay. I was there from 5/16/23 to 6/27/23. I have contacted numerous people and I’m getting different stories because no one seems to be able to get any answers. I’m working with a lady now who is wonderful but can’t seem to get any answers either. Why is my reimbursement not being worked? Why can nobody tell me why? I had to borrow money just to be able to pay for this stay. I’ve had a horrible year with this cancer and bone marrow transplant and loss of pay and now this situation which should have never been this difficult or stressful. I am really struggling and shouldn’t be because this should have been processed a while ago. I was told it was all good and processed but had to go to another department to have the amount approved and it’s just stuck there. I’m a nervous wreck over this and I shouldn’t have to be going through this stress on top of what I’m already dealing with. I never asked to be sick or to go through all I have this year. I didn’t want to be away from my kids for over 4 months including this long uncomfortable hotel stay. To be unable to work and to watch my family struggle financially, mentally and emotionally. To have my life turned upside down in just a matter of days. I’ve followed all requirements and it falls within my bone marrow reimbursement plan.
