    My employer has sent over dependent verification 3 times over the last 2 months. Quantam has called me saying my dependents have coverage BUT STILL DENY ALL MEDICAL BILLS DUE TO LACK OF COVERAGE. I have called and spent hours on the phone for people to repeatedly tell me they can not fix the issue, tell me who can fix the issue OR when to expect it to be resolved. I had one person tell me (after waiting for over an hour) he could not help me with 5 minutes remaining on a Friday workday.

    This company is robbing patients blind. They are not providing services as they should and give patients the run around. Customr service talks in circles and you never get straight answers. They use decieving billing practices are part if the reason medical expenses are so high. If your compny offers another service provider chose it if not buy your own insurance ! WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

    Difficult to work with! What's the point if you never get a straight answer, different responses for same question on Chat, Call or Message, etc? It feels like you are getting the run around and double speak intended to confuse you. It took a week of calls, chats, messages, contacting HR rep to escalate the issue to a Team Lead just to find out if my full scale medical facility bloodwork/Labs were covered.... they should be since they are the same facility, but turns out they are not.
    This service is not being provided as their motto intends!!! The motto on the front page of Quantum.com states:

    They provide ZERO benefit to patients. They're a middle man between you and the insurance company that was designed to interfere in your healthcare so they can cut costs and deny for medical necessity. If your employer tries to force these people on you, dispute it. They aren't there to help you.
