      Jason was very prompt and professional in my vanity and faucet replace.I couldn't be happier with his work When I need another job done you can bet it will be APEX plumbing and heating.

      I will definitely be using Apex for any and all future plumbing needs. Jason Martinez was an absolute professional, he accessed my situation and gave me options based on what I could afford. He had my new water heater installed within a few hours, and took the time to go over the installation with me. I felt very safe and secure with him, he is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Thank you Jason, job well done!

      Apex has the whole process down to a science. Justin was knowledgeable, efficient, and very courteous. Great customer service and the pricing was competitive. I would recommend Apex Plumbing and Justin for your plumbing needs!

      We used Apex about a year and a half ago. We had multiple issues with their service. The first one was how long it took to get the tub enclosure that we wanted installed. This was due to supply chain issues- not their fault. The technitions we had were very nice people and a pleasure to have in our home, but not well trained. We had 2 issues where we had to call someone back out to fix- water temperature and draining (it actually was draining through the downstairs ceiling) . The reason I am writing now is because we questioned the fact that there was no caulking between the pieces of the tub enclosure. We talked to the supervisor (not sure if that is his actual title) who sold us on needing the tub to be replaced. He said the caulkiing is optional. We were given the impression it wasn't necessary. Now we have black mold in the seams between pieces. We will have to caulk it ourselves. I would not use this company again or recommend them

      Came to my house for a sewer issue charged me 1000 which the issue isn't fixed suppose to come back with another camera they made an appointment when I had to go to work I made another appointment they didn't show up call at the last minute to cancel yea that's right they aren't getting any more money out of me and now they can go to **** cause I don't want them on my property and I could have worked today

      Very disappointed with this company. Very overpriced. Had a simple kitchen faucet replacement. They provided the faucet at $200 (price told to us by the plumber). Overall our final bill was $763. Assuming 10% for tax, that leaves $487 to install the faucet. Our ring shows that *********** was only here for 1 hour. When asked for an itemized bill to see exactly what the $487 dollars pertained to, I was told they do not provide itemized bills. Thus they are charging almost $500 per hour for labor. There are far too many other options available for less money that offer just as good of work. I will not ever use this company again and would recommend everyone to do the same.

      ****************** came to my Condo to repair or replace my Sump Pump system. They said the entire system needed replaced. They replaced the entire system on 10/18/2022 and said I must pay them that day for the entire job. Total payment I made 10/18.2022 $2,876.00. I ask for a detail invoice for all parts and labor and they did not issue a proper invoice. I have now verified there work with there competitors and I have been over charged by $1200.00 dollars. I cannot complete my warranty form with the parts Mfg. because Apex is not detailing the parts they installed. If BBB can't help me, please give me who can.

      The 2 crews that came to my home - is what my review is about- 2 separate crews to fix a leak under the sink. We set an appointment for 3-6pm after telling me the couldnt do a morning appointment-the next day at 830am they called my wife who left work to meet them at our home.- 2 crews 3 professional plumbers- they snaked the kitchen drain and charged my wife 456$! - When I arrived home- the leak was untouched!!! The people that were sent to our home had no clue what they were doing and seemed more interested in our home than doing any work. - hire someone else.
