3 starsThe initial roof inspection was very thorough and detailed, which is what made us want to go with this company over others. Unfortunately none of those details were communicated to the construction teams, leading to problems. The good: they ended up completing most of the work we originally had agreed on and didn't charge us for anything they had forgotten. The not-so-great: communication basically stopped after it was clear the plan hadn't been communicated, which means they did some things we never talked about (***laced all of our soffit at their expense) but also left out bracing the cracking beams in our roof (despite me texting a list of what they forgot to the branch manager), and they put the downspout in the wrong place. They also left a lot of the scrap wood/nails in the yard, and left a large roll of something in our driveway. We just wanted it to be over, so we didn't try to get them to come back and finish the work in the attic, move the downspout, or clean up. Going forward, we will only hire companies that don't contract every different project out to a separate team, and we will be more careful to make sure every last detail is listed in the contract. Again, 3 stars because they came back and did most of the work that was agreed upon but left out by the sales *** without adding to our bill, but the whole thing was a hassle. The whole entire experience with Division 1 Roofing was great! They worked hard with the insurance company and made the process absolutely seamless. We did not have any delays or issues at all while working with them. The biggest impact for me is that they were even able to squeeze us into the schedule and get our roof knocked out before the start of our bad Ohio winter weather! The roof turned out great and truly can't recommend then enough! Thank you so much, Division 1 Roofing!

They were patient and made sure to work with insurance company and myself to get the roof replaced without any hiccups. Before they came out to do our roof, they were detailed about what would happen from start to finish. ***** and his crew did an awesome job! They were done before I got home from work and had everything cleaned up. We had Halloween decorations up, which could've been a challenge but they made sure everything was preserved. 1 starDivision 1 Roofing went up on my roof and the ******* bent shingles to make it appear that I had storm/roof damage. I had to file a police report. My insurance company is putting me through the wringer trying to figure out what happened. I had multiple engineers on my roof trying to prove the malicious nature of Division 1 Roofing. I told the company what happened, all they could say was that ******* doesnt work for them any longer. They did absolutely nothing to right their wrong. Not even an apology. DO NOT EVER USE DIVISION 1 ROOFING!!!!Review fromTom R

5 starsThese guys are great! I had shingles blown off my roof so I called these guys who were recommended to me. ***** came out and did an inspection determining the roof would need replaced. He covered the damage on the spot so it wouldnt get any worse until repairs could be done. Roof turned out amazing! Id highly recommend these guys for any roofing issues!Review fromRobert H

5 starsDivision 1 roofing replaced our roof on 9/14/2024. ***** worked with us from the start. There was some bumps with our insurance company but he was always there for us. The crew did an amazing job. They put a new roof on our home, out building and shed. They were very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.
