      When we moved in, we had really hard storms hitting us, and at the time I thought it was no big deal. But when I first saw our leak in the house, I was really worried. My mom was even more worried, so she panicked and rushed to find estimates for roofers to fix our roof, thats when she found Division 1 Roofing, and *****. *****, from my perspective, made everything really easy for my mom to understand, and I felt like I could see the worry in her, fade away. Everything was super quick, and I feel like in just a matter of a couple of months, my mom was so excited for her new roof, asking me for what colors and everything. Within about 4 months, my mom was worried, relived, excited, and over filled with joy. Now we have a new roof, and I dont have to worry about anymore leaks. The roofers were very quick, kind, and did an awesome job. the company did such a great job of handling this, and I would recommend them to anyone. So, thank you Division 1, and *****, for your help!!

      From start to finish, ***** was on it!! We just bought this house a year ago, well when the storms came through hard in February, that started a leak in the house. I did what any new homeowner would do and paniced!!! I searched around, looking for my 3 estimates. Division 1 was my last one. It's true when they say 3rd times a charm. ***** came out, calmed me down, explained everything to me as if I was in kindergarten! He was there through 5 different claims adjusters, giving the run around of a life time, but he didn't back down or give up!! Now finally after 4 months of the back and forth, I have a new roof! The roofers were awesome!! Very friendly, asking if I had any questions, asking my opinions. They were very clean and didnt leave a mess!! I felt very comfortable with this company and I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thanks ***** and the Division 1 team!!

      I am beyond delighted with the incredible roofing job performed by Division 1! From the moment I reached out, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The craftsmanship on my new roof is absolutely stellar, and the entire process was flawless thanks to the outstanding efforts of ***** ********. ***** went above and beyond with his unparalleled professionalism, superb communication, and meticulous attention to every detail. He made what could have been a complex and stressful process completely seamless. After the tornadoes in February, Division 1 acted swiftly to schedule a free inspection, and thanks to their prompt response, I was able to secure a full roof replacement covered by my insurance. Once the replacement was approved, the job was scheduled with lightning speed and completed in under a daytruly remarkable! ***** and the Division 1 team handled everything with such care, including managing the final cost and all interactions with my insurance company. Their dedication to excellence and customer satisfaction is truly exceptional. I can't recommend Division 1 and ***** ******** highly enough. They turned what could have been a daunting task into a flawless and highly positive experience!

      Can’t say enough positive things about Division 1 Roofing and specifically Mason. He handled the entire process including working with our insurance company. They were friendly and efficient. I would (and have) recommend them to all my neighbors.

      ***** from D1 initially made contact with me in early March of 2024. I had initially noted some damage and loose shingles due to wind and he conducted an inspection of my roof and helped me start the claims process. ***** was very helpful in getting things up and running and explaining the process. Unfortunately State Farm decided not to be helpful in the process. ***** was my guide, we made our moves together and coordinated the best course of action. After a bit we finally got the roof approved and it was installed today 06/24/2024 by an excellent crew. ***** and D1 were communicative, professional and helpful all along the way. *** recommended them to friends and family alike and they helped my friend get his house fixed up as well. If I ever needed help again for something similar Manny and D1 would be my first call.
