    Ordered product, and got it in reasonable time. Wrong product though. They failed to respond to emails/phone to address returns. Not good customer service.

    Received the wrong bolt and I had the proper part number. Phone not hooked up and no response on my email to them. Bet I am out of luck...........

    Purchased some racing spark plugs in September 2022 and never got them. I ask for a refund or more product to be shipped and they said the order was to old.

    I purchased a side guide for a ****** jig saw. It arrived on time but was defective (angle guide was not square resulting in the blade not being parallel to the guide). Impossible to cut in a straight line. Emailed Buckeye (NO RESPONSE). Multiple phone calls resulting in nothing but "voicemail had not been activated". Apparently it hasn't been activated for a long time based on other reviews from last year. Their return policy clearly states "For defective items, Return Authorization Number will be provided for return shipping". GREAT, Except that there doesn't seem to be any way to contact them. Based on other reviewers that had returned items and had no response or refund I don't trust that sending this item back on my dollar would result in a refund. I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
