    We hired Gradeworks to regrade our lawn 2 years ago so that water would stop pooling in the middle of the lawn. We paid $7000 with high hopes. While a new drain was put in the back of the lawn, nothing changed. One year after the work, I contacted Matt the owner for the first time. He was all talk and no action and never came out. This year (year 2 after the work was completed) he sent a supervisor (another Matt). That was in April. Now it is July and after confirming there was a problem and he would get back, once again, nothing. We have texted multiple times – again and are ignored. Do not do business with this company. They do not stand by their work.
