    I have tried to contact saddlebox to unsubscribe however a year later I'm still getting the box and there is not contact information for this company. I feel it is fraudulent and praying on sympathy to sell their product. I just want them to stop the service.

    The Saddlebox website is completely misleading. I signed up to give a one time gift, which I received. Now I'm being charged for a monthly box that I did not agree to. The site specifically says, send a gift. There is no contact information, phone number, or way to reach them other than this website. I would never use this company again. I bought the gift I wanted and received it. I don't have buyer remorse, I just only wanted what I paid for.

    Hello! Please note you signed up for a monthly recurring
    subscription on 11/8/24 and not a 1 month gift subscription. The first box was
    discounted 75% off and shipped immediately. Our 1 month gift subscription is
    paid in full in the amount of $50.

    Billing takes place on the 3rd of each month going
    forward. Billing for your December box took place 12/3/24.

    Subscription details are located on the checkout page,
    under the tab “GET A BOX”, the next billing date/amount can be reviewed under
    “Today’s Total”. All new subscribers are also sent a “Welcome” email detailing
    their purchase.

    We received your request to cancel your subscription on
    12/3/24. We canceled your subscription, processed your refund and sent an email
    informing you of your cancellation. You will no longer be billed or receive a box.

    I signed up for a saddle box as a Christmas gift. It ended up being a subscription but since was a gift to someone else I did not it was being sent out or even if was received. There is no customer service number. 7 months
