    Hello! Unfortunately, we are unable to locate email traffic regarding your account.
    Please note you signed up for a monthly recurring subscription on 12/3/24 and not a 1-month gift subscription.
    Subscription details are located on the checkout page, under the tab “GET A BOX”, the next billing date/amount can be reviewed under “Today’s Total”. All new subscribers are also sent a “Welcome” email detailing their purchase.
    The first box on a monthly recurring subscription is discounted and shipped immediately. Our 1-month gift subscription is paid in full in the amount of $50.
    Billing takes place on the 3rd of each month, going forward. Subscribers wishing to cancel and receive a refund must do so before the 3rd of the month to ensure they are not placed on our monthly shipment.
    We have canceled your subscription as of 2/13/25. The February box will be the last one you receive as it has already shipped.

    BIG RIP OFF !!! Saddle Box will run a 50% off promo to entice you to try them out. I signed up for the one time gift option but they state that I signed up for the subscription and auto billed and shipped a 2nd box. I find this service to be very shady, borderline scam. They shipped the 2nd box and billed me $50 for items that had a $10 - $15 total value. The box included $2 vet wrap, $1 sponge, $5 polyester hay net with big holes and some sample sized bag of treats. That was all that was in the 2nd box. Very unhappy. I'm not sure how they can get away with price gouging these items to $50. I hope overcharging me for vet wrap and a cheap outdated hay net was a good profit because I will never purchase again. I asked for a refund and told them I did not sign up for the subscription. They canceled the subscription ( that i didn't sign up for) but refused to allow a return or refund. Something on their site is deceptive because this seems to happen repeatedly once I researched deeper into the real reviews. They reviews they advertise are only the ones they hand picked and advertise on their site.

    I'm having the same problem. The product is good, but I need to cancel. I have been trying all morning to find a way to cancel my subscription. Please cancel Cheryl Hill-Roberson's account! There has to be a way to cancel a subscription. I may want it again in the future, but not if it's going to be this hard to cancel.

    Product is great. My horse can be picky with treats and she has loved every treat from them. BUT, I have tried to cancel my subscription for months. I have tried calling, emailing multiple emails, and they keep charging me and keep sending me boxes. I can’t afford to continue this service.

    Same problem as everyone else. No way to cancel subscription my girlfriend has been trying for months. If anyone from saddlebox sees this, get it together, and please cancel Natalie Mehler’s subscription

    I did not sign up for a subscription and I was billed not even 4 days after I took advantage of a 50% off discount for a second box. I never received an email confirmation for either order and have no order number and I would like my refund immediately. There is no customer service to reach out to.

    I did not sign up for a subscription. I have reached out to you 3 times. I got another delivery today o did not order.
    I don’t want to pay for these nor want them. Please take me off the subscription and return my money and send a return label to send back.

    I've been trying to cancel my subscription since I first ordered in August and the same thing says to me no email can be found! This is really starting to piss me off! Worst idea ever since it doesn't have a email or number to contact!
