      If I could give them less than on star, then I would. Mine is a similar story like the other 1 stars. Promises, promises that never happened. Had my conference with Joe Miles back in July 24, and he acted like he was personally going to take care of all the issues with my Amazon store. I signed on in August 2023, pd my 16k plus 6k in inventory, and literally nothing happened until spring 2024.finally made some good sales in March and April, but then I noticed that 90% of the sales were requesting returns & refunds. When I reached out repeatedly to my account manager, I kept getting the same responses ( I swear he or she was AI). We are looking into your issue, be assured that we are on top of the situation, blah blah blah. I had to verify the address multiple times with Amazon, which, if you have done it, takes at least 2-3 weeks. Had my conference with Joe Miles back in July 24, and he acted like he was personally going to take care of all the issues with my Amazon store. I asked him why all these returns and he said they had moved warehouses and caused an issue with the post office delivery, again he assured me that he would personally take care of all the issues. Well, he did nothing, literally. Several weeks ago, I got an email from Slack stating that I had lost access to the Miles Brand workspace. By the way, the must have deleted Miles Brand LLC because they don't come up in BBB any longer, but did about 6 months ago, when I last checked. I found them by googling their website and now they are showing as Diversify Partners, but address is the same. Buyer beware- they are scam artists! After I received the message from Slack, I reached out and they didn't have the decency to reply and give an explanation! I texted Joe and no reply from the coward! I mean, how lame is that, not to even give an explanation of what the hell is going on? The 5 star reviews have to be made by their own team, how can they help one person be successful and let so many others down?

      I have continued to experience the worst service from this team. About a year ago, I paid Miles Brand 15,000 to help with my Amazon store. He stated that his team would be able to assist in growing my Amazon store. I am sitting here on 7/2/2024 with a closed store. I have attempted many times to get answers as well as assistance on what they are doing about that. Their response was that they were working on it. I repeatedly reached out to the CEO to figure out a solution, but there was no response from him as well. I received a message from the CEO, who wants to get feedback about your experience with a link to get on the calendar. I did that, and the day came, and the time came, and there was no response. My account manager is saying I am sorry I will notify the team. I moved my schedule around to speak with him. Not only did they shut my store down, but they also purchased inventory with the funds I gave them and seemed to misplace the inventory. Also, they still have a balance of funds I gave them for inventory. This has been the WORST experience I have had. I would recommend people run from Miles Brand. They are not equipped to provide the services they claim to provide, and when things go bad, they are not looking to correct or fix the issue. They continue to give you the runaround.

      I've been a client of Miles Brands going on 7 months now. I came on board with my own Amazon store that I previously managed myself so my expectations of the company were very realistic. Starting out there were some communication issues between me and my account manager but when I raised concern, the communication issues were addressed and have been much better since. The company recently transitioned into selling wholesale products at the beginning of Q4 in which I didn't feel the timing was right for such a big change. However, the companies communication throughout the transition was great during my bi-weekly updates & the results have been worth the change. I was a bit upset about the lead times on wholesale products but now that products are arriving and being made available for sale I've been a happy client. Profit margins are much bigger than they were when I first signed with the company and I'm seeing consistent sales on the products I have listed. I have referred 3 friends to Miles Brands since January.

      I invested $20,000 a year ago. Amazon locked the account which Miles Brands set up when my bank closed all credit cards and reissued them. Amazon says my account doesnt exist and Miles Brands even though initially they would handle everything says they unable to help but they got the $20,000 dollars. Their answer is thank you for keepim ng us informed andthey expect me to find a way through the wall of Amazon red tape. All the promises they made at the beginning of how my patback would be within a year seem to be just a sales pitch to take the money. There were some initial efforts to resolve it with them but these have gone long ago. They gave me a phone number to call, but Amazon seller support hasnt used phone calls since 2019. My investment was with Miles Brands, not Amazon. I feel the responcibility to get the account open is theirs.

      Let me begin by saying that these guys have been incredibly helpful. They assisted me in selling 700 plus units of inventory that the previous company had ordered but never sold on Amazon. After shipping the items to their prep center, they were able to sell them all via Facebook marketplace. Additionally, they helped me get my Amazon fees waived and successfully listed new products, resulting in sales rolling in. While I haven't yet recouped my investment, selling the old inventory has allowed me to recouped some of the money I had previously lost. Overall, I'm very pleased with the level of support provided by this team.

      I invested with Miles Brands back in October of 2021. I started with their Shopify program. Everything was going well until July 2022. My store was taken down, and I was pretty upset. Joe had explained to me that half of all the stores they were managing had went down as well. So Joe, asked me to pivot over to their Amazon program. I was hesitant because I had googled all the horror stories of people getting their Amazon store taken down. So I decided to pivot over and everything has been great ever since. I've even traveled to Ohio to see the HQ and meet Joe and his team in person. Everything wasn't always perfect but they have always communicated. I probably have received my capital back 3-4 times. I'm sticking with Joe!
