    Ok so I have lived here approximately 5 to 6 years front office is rude, my kitchen sink has been broke going on the third day now and I am pissed off they do not care about their tenants just about money the bottom line, I am understanding you cannot have grills in backyard anymore you cannot hang wreaths on your doors, they have nerve enough to say welcome home! The doors are falling apart frames on the doors are dry rotted not to mention the grounds are kept so poorly bushes missing trees are uprooting. Oh yeah let’s not forget the dog shit everywhere, they are the worst slumlords oh yeah nothing is updated in apartments or condos but they want you to pay a $1,000 a month in rent!!!!!! If I was you I would run run away from this hell hole, their priorities are all screwed up

    I was a long time tenant here then Monarch Investment and Management bought the place in January 2018. Live here 20 1/2 months while they were owners. Property was not maintained (Landscaping wise) except near the sign that had an arrow pointing to the office. Trash everywhere in the parking lot, sidewalks, grass & on the ground by the overflowign dumpsters. Property manager yelled at tenants and then had the nerve to tell the tenants, "Don't yell at me." Refrused to fix maintance issues. Lied repeatedly. Didn't care if she was caught or if her lies were belived, she would just tell a bigger, better lies. Property manager kept on making promises to fix isses at some point in the future and didn't but lied/made escuses. Water/sewer/trash & pest control were included in the rent then changed to monthy fees...no pest control was being done. Leasing agent lied about this and everything else. Pet deposits changed to $299/$399 Fees. Aplication fee went up $40 to $50 Admin fee went up $70 to $150. Nothing is refundable. $200 down the toilet. There isn't enough space/charactors to detail all the BS. I had to initiate rent escrow procedings forcing them to fix my maintenace issue. There's a TON of bad reviews/complaints on multiple public websites about this place, the property manager, office personel; and the owner all easily seached for. Many issues were brough to the manager attention multiple times and she does nothing unless forced to due to rent escrow or complaing to the city of Dayton...ect...Rents are overpriced..I esimate by $149-$200 a month...1 Bed rooms going for $749 when you can easily get one for $600...$149 less and if you are flexable as to location for between $525-$550. Same company owns 2 other proptertys nearby...with virtually same exact complaints/problems. I contacted the owner in writing and they blew me off/ignored me & didn't even bother to respond. Don't recoment living here. Dont recommend living at any other property the the owners own.
